For the past 7 years we have been staying at Little Town Villa once or twice a year. We enjoy staying here because the place is conveniently located in the heart of the old town. The owners and the staff really make you feel welcome and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and the selection of tropical fruits is yummy. You are a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the center of ancient town with all of its amazing restaurants (We highly recommend Ms Vy’s Morning Glory), shops, street food venders and trendy cafes…. Vinh, the owner makes sure you feel at home here and feeds you plenty even if your say your full. The banana pancakes are delicious, trust me. But also try their other local breakfast dishes. To get around, the hotel provides FREE bicycle rentals and we never overpack since they offer a great laundry service that is cheap. After exploring the town In the hot afternoons we cool off in the pool with a cocktail. Shout out to Ann, the new receptionist, that makes a great addition to the team….. Thank you for making us feel so welcome….

Lovely stay at this family hotel - low rise , big rooms , comfortable bed ,fridge great shower , friendly staff overseen by a caring family arranged taxis , did laundry , had a tailor Business nex door .nice pool ,extensive breakfast constantly replenished.

For value for money, you can’t go past Little Town Villa. This small hotel is in an excellent location - an easy walk to the Old Town. The buffet breakfast was a lovely mix of local dishes, which changed from day to day, some Western dishes including eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits and juices and delicious pastries. My room was spacious and the bathroom had a freestanding bath, along with a rain head shower. The pool was large and lovely, with beautiful plantings. The best feature of this hotel however was the warm and welcoming service which made for a wonderful stay. This is a family run business and the care and attention given to visitors is outstanding.

Little Town villas is a beautiful cozy, family friendly accommodation. The property is extremely well maintained and there are beautiful bonsai trees everywhere. Breakfast is plentiful and slightly different everyday. If you’re looking for a party time this is not the place for you. If you want cleanliness and lovely surrounding, peace and quiet then this is the place to go.

Vin and her staff and family are so friendly and welcoming. They really made my stay here a memorable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they organized a wonderful river cruise and a yummy birthday dinner. The pool is fantastic to come back and cool off and the room is very comfortable and clean.

This place is the perfect oasis retreat from the hustle & bustle. It is a family owned & operated business & they go above & beyond in every aspect. There has been a lot of love & thought gone into the villas & it’s just a short walk to the Old Town. The villas would suit couples, families or solo travellers & they also have a tailor shop next door which was very handy. Vinh & the family are perfect hosts & I can’t recommend highly enough.
