We decided to extend stay because the experience from first 3 nights was very good

After check out they need to check the room and ask me to return the laundry bag ! Even one laundry bag also cannot take cannot understand. And the front desk keep promote their transport with very high fees than grab apps . Be careful when stay this hotel .

Absolutely brilliant, what a team work! Everything clear explained, everything done on time, all of the services works well. For me it's 5*. Good job!

The hotel interior looks traditional and aesthetic. The staff are helpful. They provide a free van to hoi an ancient town and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs a little bit more variety of choices. The location is close to everything. Only 15 minutes with a bike to get to the old town.

clean room and comfortable, free shuttle van to old town, breakfast is good for the day, unfortunate i ask for additional water, the explanation is we provided only 2 bottles per day as set up with compliments.. there is no further option/service of asking /offering if i would have more there 'll be a cost at this much. then i can make decision.

The hotel’s hospitality is superb and very important for me personally (their breakfast is great with alot of variety) 10/10 will come back again. Also kudos to Kevin (hotel staff) which is super friendly and helpful

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel, its similar to a south pacific resort where restaurant bar and facilities close to pool. Had the best BBQ skewers we have had in Vietnam. Breakfasts were nice with lots of variety, Excellent staff with special mention to the massage lady Anna and front desk staff Sunny and Thomas

I stay in Wyndham for 4 nights with the family. Room and Service was very good. I will come back again

The facilities, staff, service and breakfast are all excellent. I recommended this hotel to my children who are planning to go to Hoi An next year.

The hotel is suitable for being affordable and clean. The noise from the outside is a bit much so I would caution those looking for a sound-free evening.

Mu stay is perfect

We enjoyed a lovely Christmas at Wyndham Garden Hotel! Our rooms were clean and beautifully presented - and the breakfast was generous and varied. All of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The Christmas Eve Dinner was delicious and we were entertained by live music and a Vietnamese coffee-making class, plus some sweet carol singing. We didn’t use the spa, as we were busy sightseeing in beautiful Hoi An, but the staff there were so kind and communicative in their own right! Although the beach area near the hotel is a little scruffy in the winter (it also probably suffered during the pandemic), Hoi An itself is absolutely stunning and one of my favourite places in Vietnam. I would imagine the beaches will be lovely again by the time the summer arrives. Hoi An Old Town is around 10 minutes drive away and A Bang Beach around 5 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel!
