We like Lona so much, she’s friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room for us. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the only thing is their hot shower water is not stabilized, this minute is hot and next minute it will turn cold. The hotel is nearby Hoi An old town, it just 15mins away. We love the stay! Definitely will come back again in future.

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent service from everyone that works there. They helped us with restaurants, shopping, and adventures. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

内装は綺麗にされておりました。 スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく宿泊できました。 ホイアンの旧市街までは、徒歩15分と少し時間がかかりました。 宿泊費はとてもリーズナブルなので、バックパッカーにはとてもお勧めします。

직원 친절하고 올드타운 초입이라 위치는 좋지만 아무래도 오래된 건물이라 나름관리는 잘하지만 쪼매 레트로한 느낌이랄까요 그래도 좋은 추억 만들 수 있는곳 인것 같네요.

Great staff, every one of them. Receptionists even communicated with our next accommodation for us. Super clean, nicest rooftop pool with 360 degree views, close to sites. This was actually not even where we had planned to stay, ******* left us hanging and we were forced to find our own accommodation and I’m actually very happy with the outcome

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Uptown Hoi-An hotel and were really pleased with everything. As part of a Vietnam tour 16 of us checked in It is located on the outskirts of the old town with a 10 walk to the Japanese bridge and the place to catch a lantern boat or night markets. The room was very comfortable and there were plenty of electrical sockets for chargers etc, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and safe. The laundry service has a good turn around time, that if you get your items to reception before 2pm, they will be back by 8pm. On the roof there is a small pool and loungers and it has a 360 degree view across all the town. Breakfast had enough choice for us. A cook is on hand to cook an omelette and other foods to go with it or toast or fruits etc. When we left all the hotel staff came out to wave us off which was really nice of them. We would definitely stay here again, if we're to visit again.

We stayed here for three nights with G Adventures and were very pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and nice room made it a good stay. We were located about a 20 minute stroll from the old town which was easily manageable. Breakfast was fine with a cooking counter for eggs though a few more fruit and pastry options would not have gone amiss. The weather did not really allow us to use the pool but those who did pop up said it was good.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour. Very comfortable hotel and staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for you. Enjoyable breakfast too. It’s well placed to explore lovely Hoi An, you can walk to the old town, riverside, market and all the POIs from the hotel. You can even walk to the beach if you’re reasonably fit. Very happy to recommend.

A real friendly hotel providing good quality accommodation in thd heart of this busy Vietnam city. The staff were very welcoming, breakfasts varied, rates reasonable. They provide a laundry service for guests and even provide free bikes to get around the city

Sue at the front desk was so helpful. Answering all my questions before we arrives and helped out with transport from Da Nang train station. 7min walk to old town or a cheap trip om the electric buggies. Awesome interconnecting rooms for family of 4. Reasonable prices. Beds comfortable and breakfast was yummy.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and there were flying bugs regularly in the room particularly around the shower and sink area. The bath tub was filled with sand and I had not gone to the beach which was not pleasant. The breakfast options are limited compared to other hotels I stayed in throughout Vietnam. You can get your choice of eggs, toast, fresh fruit and a few Asian dishes but it rarely changes. There is only one lift meaning you can be waiting for quite some time before getting to and from your room. The location of the hotel is a good walk into the old town which is convenient. It's also a short scooter to the beach. And multiple stores nearby for snacks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming however the air conditioning is not kept on continuously in the hotel lobby and is only turned on when someone is sitting there. The room size is decent and there is a generous size roof top pool. Upon checking out, I was given a bill for two waters that were apparently used from the mini bar. I had not used these and they had instead seen my complimentary waters that I had put in the fridge. After explaining that I did not use anything from the mini bar, they removed these from the bill.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Lorna was so accommodating nothing was too much trouble. From the welcoming smile every morning to helping with rides and things to do.
