Our stay at Hoi An Riverside was good, overall! The ladies at the front desk, Ms. Katy and Ms. Lily, were so helpful and kind. The rooms are large and clean, each with their own balconies. It's a 20-minute walk on the scenic river-trail to Old Town, but Grab was also super convenient. The hotel is located in a more residential area, so we did get the sounds of chickens and dogs from the neighboring properties. The hotel also arranged a car to pick us up and take us to the airport for an extra fee. The price we paid to stay was on-par for the quality of the accommodation.

The staff was not that friendly. At first they contact whether i want 7-seats car service from my airport to this hotel for 450,000VND. I said how about from my danang hotel to this hotel, they said 350,000VND. I was okay and booked my car. The next day when i confirm this is a 7-seats car or not, they said no, this price is for 4seats car. But the point is we were talking about 7-seats car since the beginning!! Luckily i double checked! Breakfast was bad, i almost puke. Also, the staffs were not that friendly and welcoming. The area is kinda remote and not convenient. Also, i felt like my blanket was not that clean, it smells bad. The bathroom was large and has a huge tub. Design was nice, but thats ALL. Overall, the experience was not that good as pictures.

I had an amazing stay! The service was the best that I’ve encountered so far in Vietnam. I will definitely stay here again. The bathtub was also a big plus.

Good i love

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location is around 2km from the old town but it is not a problem as the hotel has available bikes for the guests, so you can have a pleasant ride along the river to the old town.

It was a great stay. I recommend choosing the room with a spacious balcony. The spa from this hotel is awesome. We really loved the body scrap with salt+coffee and full body vietnamese massage. I regret that I have walked too far to other spa on the first day. The receptionist was quite helpful and informative. She arranged the car from hotel to airport with the price much cheaper than Grab. Don't forget to ask her anything you need. It is not very near to old town. But hotel has free bicycles and it took about 15 - 20 minutes. Please note that there is no lift, though.

A lovely stay with a lovely big room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and booked a trip to the Memories Lamd show of, which we would highly recommend. The location was fine, just noisy with traffic, and the sauna did not work or the TV in our room, which we did report, but never got fixed during our 3 night stay. A nice stay.

Can’t be more thankful to the staff here. Greatest hospitality from all the hotels I’ve ever stayed. Everyone would receive brief introduction around the area and the staff would always love to offer help actively. We had our 1st anniversary here and they helped us decorate the room so nice!

Really nice trip...enjoyed with family. Full day tour with great food and fun. What can I say more.

我們預訂的是雙床兩間房，考慮出行方便。需要緊挨在一個層面。不過有一間雙床房。蚊子蒼蠅很多。而且有黴味。説明平時住的人不多。我們跟前台進行了交流。進行了房間消殺通風。總算馬馬虎虎住下了，可能是鄉下的原因（蚊蟲太多）。由於第2天我們是早班機。.酒店的早餐7點開始，這樣我們就吃不上早飯了。跟前台交流後結果服務還是很好的。在我們第2天早晨退房時。已經幫我們準備了隨身攜帶的早餐。服務還是令人滿意的。
