We got two rooms (a couple and single as part of bigger group travelling together). We really enjoyed our stay and noticed a considerably difference from where we had been staying around the corner. We decided to stay longer in Hoian and needed a place for one night, wish we came here first! Rooms were nicer w blackout curtains, bigger bathroom and better amenities; buffet breakfast had more options (Asian and western dishes); staff were genuinely friendly and helpful; and pool was secluded from street view and noise (our friends joined us there instead of where we’d been staying). The pool bar was not in service and no food to order during daytime hours but Claypots directly across the road is a must-try! Would def recommend ahead of same-star ratings in the area if you’re comparing

Beautiful Hotel and staff are friendly. Location is accessible it take 20 minutes by walking and 5 mins by grab to old town.

진짜 다음에도 꼭 여기에서 지낼겁니다. 매우 친절하고 가드도 항상 밝은 얼굴로 맞이해 줍니다. 또 자전거를 빌릴수있기때문에 돌아다니기도 좋아요.

호텔이 감성이 너무 좋은 아름다운 호텔입니다. 다만 신식이 아니라 올드한 유니크한 느낌이 납니다.적극 강추 합니다. 가성비도 너무좋구요 깨끗합니다. 직원들 엄청 친절하고 다낭공항까지 픽업서비스도 좋았으며 위치는 올드타운과는 걸어서 20분 택시는 5분거리여서 그랩택시로 이동했습니다 호텔주변에 먹을곳도 많아서 저는 개인적으로 만족도가 너무 높습니다

We had a wonderful trip ,the room was airy and clean ,the swimming pool was cool and very good ,the staff were friendly and very careful ,most special is the restaurant staff (ha ,trang)are really cute We are very satisfied and will be back here

Nguy Thi Ha and Thuy Trang were very hospitable/accommodating. They were always asking us how our stay was and if we need anything. It has been a wonderful exprience with them. The overall ambiance of the place was pleasing/relaxing, and rooms are clean and of good quality, complete with bath robes, slippers, a hair dryer, and other conevience items. We are happy that we stayed with them.

At first glance, the exterior might not turn any heads, but step inside, and you’ll find an oasis—a harmonious mix of restful accommodations, lush gardens, and a compact yet charming pool. The rooms are standard, offering a comfortable place to recharge after exploring the ancient streets, though the facilities are starting to show a bit of their age. The pool is on the smaller side, measuring about 12 meters, but it’s just right for a relaxing dip after a long day. A standout perk here? Free bicycle rentals, making it a breeze to meander through Hoi An’s picturesque surroundings. The staff are friendly and speak English with ease, and the General Manager really stands out—warm, attentive, and quick to handle any hiccups with skill and care. In a nutshell, this hotel is like that secret local coffee shop: it may not be flashy, but it’s got heart and charm in all the right places.
