Very welcoming and friendly host family. They offered us all the support we needed and made sure we always felt comfortable. They also offered a good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped. Since the hotel is in a side street, it was absolutely quiet at night. I loved that they had free bicycles available for their guests. The only negative I can mention is that the pool wasn't exactly clean when we arrived and the location is a 30 min walk from the old town, which however is acceptable considering the price paid.

LOVE this place! Stayed a month over the holidays. Planned to stay a week here then abnb but decided to stay put. Clean beautiful rooms, awesome breakfast. Free bikes. Pool. Laundry service. Linh takes amazing care of her guests. We will be back!

Sol’s villa hosted by Linh, lovely woman who was very hospitable and helpful during our stay. Beautiful and clean room with huge and comfy bed, great bathroom and a big rooftop pool with nice views. Good selection of TV channels as well. Made us breakfast every morning which was super wholesome and delicious. About 15 min bike ride from Hoi An old town, bikes are provided free. Right across from convenience store as well. Linh had a selection of tours available which she organised for us, she also organised travel to and from the villa. Amazing for the price. Can’t recommend enough!!

Great location Free bicycles and it takes only 10 minutes to cycle to the old town Linh is a real sweetheart and the whole family are friendly, welcoming and very helpful Beautiful rooftop pool Clean and comfortable rooms with hot water and good pressure in the showers Very reasonable prices Would definitely stay again and can’t recommend higher to anyone visiting Hoi An

Fantastica posizione a un paio di km dalla spiaggia e a un paio di km dal centro. Mini market e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Stanza molto spaziosa, arredi nuovi, pulitissima, silenziosa e con doppio balcone, TV con canali internazionali. Possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente biciclette Colazione preparata al momento dalla simpatica proprietaria, molto disponibile per tutte le richieste Ho prenotato da lei 2 tour molto divertenti
