Cozy Hoian Villas Boutique Hotel

Cosy Villas was a perfect place for a visit to Hoi An. The room was comfortable and after a day visiting the area, we loved the swimming pool, which was in a private and quiet corner. We enjoyed looking at all the beautiful flowers blooming while swimming in the pool. The hotel was an easy walking distance to the main part of town, We also did some biking in the area, which was a lot of fun. The staff were excellent, particularlly Thanh Phuong, who was so kind and thoughtful.

Exceptional hotel well finished with great decor and facilities well located near the river walk to Hoi An town. The staff were sensationally friendly and prompt. Well priced drinks. Great breakfast options and large well appointed rooms.

I agonized over choosing a spot to stay in Hoi an. Let’s assume you’re in the same spot seeing as you’re reading TripAdvisor reviews instead of spending quality time with your loved ones. So let me make this simple for you. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot within walking distance of old town, this is a perfect place. My wife and I went to bed fairly early while we were here (9-10pm) and had no problem with noise from the night market despite being about 5 mins from it walking. The walls were thin, so if our neighbors were loud that could have been an issue, but we had no problems with that. The breakfast spread was vast and varied day to day - allowed us to micro dose on some local dishes. Staff were lovely to us, gave terrific recommendations upon arrival.

The stay is very pleasant, beautiful, lovely everything and any photos that you see do not do justice to this place. Its way more beautiful than any of the photos. Pros: 1. The hotel is beautiful, the entrance and overall setup was very welcoming and like the name says felt all cozy. 2. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. Without asking for it, the receptionist upfront charted out the areas on a map and gave it to us, explained it two times which was very helpful. 3. There are bi-cycles available provided by the hotel which are in pretty good condition with baskets in front. You can just take one and ride along the entire town as you like. 4. Overall aesthetics of the rooms, gallery was very classy with a hint of vintage appeal everywhere. The rooms are big enough with a spacious balcony and well decorated giving a nice classy and ethnic look with silk lanterns, wall decors. All the sanitary equipment like shower, jet, faucets, handles, everything was made of brass; the extra toilet paper roll was wrapped in a beautiful silk cloth bag. 5. We were a group of four people who were the only pure vegetarians but the staff paid extra attention and care and made sure we were fed well. They made food items from the menu (apart from the buffet) especially for us. The arrangement was also done neatly especially veg and non-veg items placement. There was someone always around from the waiting staff to help you. Once again, the staff is very helpful and will guide you with whatever query you have with 120% effort and responsibility. Cons: Absolutely nothing, just perfect.

This was our best hotel in a 3 week trip in Vietnam. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is amazing, the location is very convenient to everything but quiet and peaceful, AND the staff is incredibly friendly and truly helpful. Alice gave us very detailed suggestions about the best places to eat, Ann made sure we considered different options for activities, Zoe helped us to retrieve a lost ATM card, and others also provided very prompt support. This is a special hotel!

I cannot praise the team at this hotel too highly. Their attention to detail was superb at every stage and they went out of their way to help me enjoy my visit in the way that suited my tempo (active, with occasional relaxation!) Thanks to the fabulous Hannah, l attended an incredible performance of music and athletic prowess at a unique venue called Lune. The props and the instruments were made of bamboo… It is literally an illuminated dome at night. She also connected me with Tường Tailors, which was a genius recommendation. Special mention too, to the good people who provided all manner of iced drinks and nibbles from the reception/bar area. The breakfast buffet was magnificent and the room, blissfully appointed and comfortable. Hoi An is a magical place to visit and l would happily go back there and to the hotel. A city of lanterns, restaurants, delightful walks and visits.
