Beautiful hotel, lovely and friendly staff, great breakfast, very lovely room! Would recommend !!

Simply outstanding!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, greeted with tea and a pastry upon arrival. Room was excellent. The whole hotel has a funky and unique design that’s very cute. Great location - right night to the old town but pretty quiet. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hoi An.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Petit déjeuner correct mais il y a de magnifiques croissants et pains au chocolat qui ne semblent pas accessibles.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good - it’s close to the old town and nearby restaurants and an ATM. There is a hotel spa and the masseuse was amazing at full body massage. Highly recommend this hotel!

What a hidden gem. The staff are so welcoming without being over the top. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Food on the menu is really nice and the staff will go out of their way to accommodate, any of your needs. Breakfast buffet amazing. The hotel is situated on a side road with loads of eateries around. A definite must if visiting Hoi An.👍

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating the pool was a lovely way to cool down at the end of the day, the breakfasts had a varied selection of food and drinks, also the laundry service was extremely prompt and very cheap, I would definitely recommend to anyone that would be staying in hoi an. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and attentive: always greeting us, and seeing us out, making conversation. The facilities including spa/bicycles were fantastic. We requested the round bed and they provided this for us- it was amazing! It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was huge, and had so much variety. Upon arrival they provided us with cake and tea which was delicious. They even gave us a leaving gift! Thank you so much :) We recommend Hoang Trinh Hotel to everyone!

I got a gel manicure and pedicure at nail salon in Hoang Trinth Hotel and I was very pleased with the result! Nail technician Nong was quick and did a good job with removing my gel, cleaning nails, then multiple layers of gel and oil. Only 45 min in total 💕 -Ida (Denmark)

The staff make you feel right at home. In fact they tell you this is your home. We stayed 7 nights here and every single day we were catered to by the staff. Made us feel like royalty. Comfy beds, hot showers, good wifi, quiet area in town but close enough to walk. If you needed anything they were sure to get it for you and right away. Highly recommend staying here. Met with coconut cookies, homemade, and a tasty cool drink when we arrived.

What can we say this place is fantastic, the staff are so lovely and always had a cold drink ready for us as we walked in the door. The owner sat with us a few times for a chat, which we thought was really nice. She also appeared to have a wonderful relationship with her staff. The bed was comfy, food was good (there are also lots of eating places within walking distance). Pool was clean and cool, nice for a swim after a day out. The night markets and river is close by an easy walk and great entertainment in the night time.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. For a really good price we got a beutiful room with a Nice and large bathroom. The staff took Their own initiative to ask whether or not we booked our next transport. Given we knew we had to catch a plane to saigon the sweet lady behind the desk Called around and got us alot of different possibilities. In a few minutes we had both plane tickets with 2x 20kg bags + transport to danang airport for a good price and 0 stress for us. Even after we checked out we were allowed to use both pool and bath given we chose an evening flight. 10/10 can warmly recommend for anyone.
