Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast. Was particularly good … location is a little far from Hoi An but, getting a grab is very easy. The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking. Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time.

Very nearby to beach but far away from other places.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future. Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO. Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children. Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive. I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

I had the most incredible experience during my visit to Vinpearl Nam Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunningly beautiful setting. The resort's attention to detail and impeccable service truly made me feel like a VIP guest. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in delicious cuisine, or enjoying the various recreational activities, every moment was simply delightful. Vinpearl Nam Hoi An exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

3베드룸 독채풀빌라에서 널널하게 잘 있다 왔습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 수영장도 깨끗하고 화장실이 총 4개라 넘 좋았아요~ 다음여행때 또 방문할게요!

위치가 안좋긴하지만 사파리 만족스러웠구요. 호텔 시설, 서비스 다 마음에 들었습니다

아이와 함께가기 좋은곳이네요 근데 시내와는 거리가 너무멀었습니다 ㅠㅠ 그래도 빈펄랜드는 너무편하게 다녀와서 좋네요 ㅋㅋㅋ장단점이 있는거같습니다

태교여행으로 빈펄 리조트에 2박3일 지냈습니다~ 로비에 들어서는 순간 시원한 느낌과 리셉션에서 친절하게 안내해주셔서 기분 좋게 여행을 시작할 수 있었어요~ 무엇보다 뷰가 좋고 깨끗한 방으로 배정해준 빈펄 리조트에 너무 감사함을 느끼고 있습니다! 메일로도 요청 사항에 대한 답변을 해주었고, 방에 들어가는 순간 작은 케익과 이쁜 장식이 인상에 남았어요 ! 사진도 첨부합니다~ 방도 깨끗하고 벌레 하나 없이 2박3일동안 잘 지냈습니다! 조식도 한국인들도 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 종류들도 많아서 걱정 하지 않아도 될 것 같아요 ! 위치는 빈원더스와 가깝고 셔틀 버기카도 운영되기 때문에 빈원더스 이용하시는분들한테 너무 좋은 위치에요 ~ 그리고 리조트 내 수영장의 경우에는 물이 따뜻했어요~ 간혹 너무 차가운 수영장도 있었지만 나름 만족 했습니다 ! 루프바도 이용했는데 가격도 그렇게 비싸지 않았는데 손님이 많이 없어서 의아했어요 😂 밀크쉐이크 강력 추천입니다! 술 못드시더라도 꼭 올라가서 음료수라도 시켜드셔보세요~ 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 리조트안에 있는 레스토랑도 이용했는데 제육볶음, 김치찌개를 주문해서 2인 기준 엄청 배부르게 먹었네요 특히 제육볶음 고기가 .. 한국에서 먹던 양하고는 비교도 안 될 정도로 많고 맛있어서 놀랐네요~ 꼭 드셔보시길 추천합니다. 2박3일동안 너무 좋았던 기억만 남아 다음에도 꼭 재방문하고 싶어요 ~ 다들 즐거운 여행 되세요 ㅎㅎ

직원들이 친절하고 서비스도 아주 좋았습니다.

한가하고 넓은 수영장이 특히 좋았고, 골프장 이동이 용이해서 너무 즐겁게 잘 다녀왔습니다. 트립닷컵에서 저렴하게 예약해서 너무 좋았네요^^
