Helt fantastisk ophold, vi havde desværre kun 3 dage! Kunne sagtens have været meget længere! Super sødt personale, som er meget hjælpsomme med alt hvad man skal bruge. Meget meget lækkert hotel område, samt perfekt placeret i forhold til støj og det gamle kvarter, hvor det tager 10 min at cykle til på de gratis cykler

This is a very nice and beautiful hotel by the beach with tranquil atmosphere and many trees around. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable. One small thing I’d say I didn’t like is that drinking water in the hotel is too expensive, even in the nearby restaurants it costs less. Another thing is tables by the beach are not being cleaned every day, if you order some drinks from the beach bar, next day the bottles will be still there and there are no trash cans nearby to throw it away. Overall my experience has been great and I hope to come back again. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for relax and peace during holiday.

Friendly environment and the staffs could speak English

Location is perfect quiet tight by the beach couldnt ask for better place.

Positive points: 1. Good location by beach. 2. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit each day and variety 3. Room was “fairly” clean. Need to improve on: 1. Throughly cleaning the hotel room such as cleaning under the bed and the cushion wall by the bed. 2. I didn’t really get the friendly vibe from staff there as expected in Vietnam from times past. 3. Pool was a really cooler but maybe just this time of year. 4. The grounds itself has places that were nice but cleaning up the garbage/ old wood would be more pleasant. 5 Gym could be improved.

# Excellent Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying an and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and linens that provided a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the fitness center and indoor pool, were top-notch and really enhanced my stay. What stood out the most, however, was the level of service. The concierge went above and beyond to provide recommendations and assist with arranging local activities and transportation. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was refreshed promptly each day. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, exceptional service, and great value made this one of the best hotel stays I've had. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

Lovely place and lovely staff

Номера чистые, уютные. Но территория не до конца оборудована, мало цветов, везде песок.

Красивые удобные номера, из номеров на третьем этаже видно море. Территория как в пионерском лагере))) бассейны маленькие и не очень чистые, работало 2 из 3. На территории идёт стройка, но она не мешает

안방비치 끝쪽에 위치한 호텔 다낭 겨울에 가서 너무 추웠지만 바다가 바로 앞에있고 정말 조용하게 지내기 좋은곳 조식도 먹을만

We only ate in the restaurant but found the #vegan choices very good. As a vegan it is not always easy to find good choices. The location was very near the beach. The staff were very friendly and had excellent English. Food was well presented. We enjoyed it

This hotel is on a beautiful beach with lovely grounds. There are 9 buildings with about 6 units in each. We were on the top floor in a room without a balcony. There was an odd little area outside where we could dry our swimmers but not see the beach or anything over the wall. The staff were nice and friendly and breakfast was adequate, clean and friendly staff with mostly Asian options. Our issues were with the tv - couldn’t get it to work and they didn’t understand so we just gave up. Also, nobody’s fault but there was work being done on the pathway involving drilling and mess everywhere which they did apologise for. Overall we loved the beach there and there are a few pools so there’s not many people in the pool at any time which was great. The area is very quiet and quite lovely away from the madness in Hoi Ann. An Bang beach is a short walk away and is fabulous in the afternoon in summer great atmosphere

The staff in reception were friendly but professional. They got the balance right. The men who helped with the bags are fabulous and do a great job as ambassadors for the hotel. Cam on. The room was nice and had all the facilities described with a large comfy bed. The quality of the toiletries provided was exceptional. The pools were really lovely, too. We spent most of our time on the beach. They do rent the beach beds out to non residents, which we thought was a bit remiss because there are not many beds. We recommend walking to An Bang for your evening meals as the restaurants near to the hotel are very average and lack any soul. The hotel offers free bicycles, which was nice for half a day. We got a Grab to go and visit marble mountains early one day to avoid the crowds... that was a great trip. Breakfast was OK. If I'm honest, the Western options were better prepared than the Vietnamese! This hasn't been the case at other hotels. We ordered bahn mi lunch one day, and it really wasn't good. Happy hour at the beach bar offers reasonable value. This isn't in An Bang itself. You need to be prepared to walk 15 minutes or so if that's where you want to eat.
