非常好的感受，服務親切，不會像大型酒店人多複雜

A newly renovated hotel, beautifully decorated, with a small but magnificent swimming pool for relaxing. Near the old city, but away from the noise. Duan, the manager, was sooooo helpful in every way. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant.

Location is perfect, few mins walking to the old town. Our family got a connecting room which has 2 king size bed fit for my family. Room is very clean, nice decoration. Staff is very friendly, always be ready to assist you with a smile. Pool is so impressed, nice, clean and we could use for cool down during the summer in Hoi An. One thing we enjoyed that A/C is fabulous, cool and good water pressure. Highly recommend Rokas for any tourists who looking for a place to stay during your trip in Hoian! Great owner, helped me with the cars and everything. They have an amazing pool, and the room is very clean!! If I come back, definitely staying here . They have an daughter and she’s very cute and friendly:) The air conditioning is amazing, and they have lots of outlets.

I stayed at this newly opened boutique hotel in May 2024. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the Ancient town and attractions such as the Japanese bridge. night market etc. Additionally there are a number of good restaurants, bars. coffee shops etc within the immediate vicinity. Having only just opened all fittings and fixtures are new and everything was spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast could be ordered in advance and provided a comprehensive choice. The hotel also had an outdoor swimming pool. My room was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished and easily accessable via a lift to all floors. The proprietors Vi and Tuan who speak Vietnamese and excellent English were extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests for assistance be that organising trips to local attractions, arranging airport transfers or providing general information. As a 80 year old solo traveller with restricted mobility I really appreciated their assistance and nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return for a much longer stay in the future. Type
