This little hotel was very welcoming and comfortable for a night in Hoi An. The location was a close walk to town and I felt safe walking alone at night back to the hotel. Breakfast was delivered to my room! An overall nice stay.

야시장에서 놀다가 저녁에 귀가하기도 편한 위치!
무엇보다 사장님이 항상 웃는얼굴에 너무 친절하셔서 덩달아 기분이 좋아집니당.

방은작아도깨끗 하고사장님너무친절하고지갑놓고왔는데손수오토바이타고다낭가는길까지갔다줄정도임. 호이안거리까지걸어갈수있어요 우리는두번이나걸어다녔어요.다낭까지호텔에서픽업도해주는데그랩가격보다약오만동정도저렴하게해줌.우리는VIP차량15인승으로도이십팔만동으로해줬어요.
건물과방은작아도가족및커플가기에아주만족할거같습니다.담에또호이안오면다시들리고싶을정도...

Perfect Boutique Hotel for our family of 5. We stayed 4 nights arriving early from Australia I had reached out to Tuan for an airport pick up. Our driver was waiting for us and within the hour we were at the hotel. We booked a Family connecting room and another double room. The hotel is perfect walking distance to the old town -we have walked many kilometers during our stay and loved every minute. Tuan booked tours and shows for us this made it so easy for me and my family. Cooking classes and coconut boat, pottery village and country side, Hoi A Memories show, Teh Dar Bamboo Circus and transfer to our next hotel in Da Nang. We had breakfast included in our rate which was cooked each morning fresh and simple. Great restaurants including street food vendors all within walking distance. Thank you Tuan and his staff for such a memorable stay in Hoi An

Totalmente recomendado! Cálido, limpio y muy acogedor, con una excelente ubicación, a solo minutos de los bares, restaurantes y zonas turísticas. Punto a destacar: Tuan, el dueño, que nos recibió y trató con mucho cariño, ayudándonos en cada cosa que necesitamos. Muy amable y siempre atento 🫶🏼 Si viajas a Hoi An y buscas un hotel tranquilo y al mismo tiempo conectado con el turismo, este es el lugar! ___________________________________________ Totally recommended! Warm, clean and very welcoming, with an excellent location, just minutes from the bars, restaurants and tourist areas. Point to highlight: Tuan, the owner, who welcomed us and treated us with great affection, helping us with everything we needed. Very kind and always attentive 🫶🏼 If you travel to Hoi An and are looking for a quiet hotel that is at the same time connected to tourism, this is the place!

This hotel is relatively new, and the room looked exactly like the pictures—neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the owner. He’s incredibly kind, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel at home. For instance, when I noticed a few hand marks on the wall left by previous guests and mentioned it to him, he didn’t just clean it—he painted the entire wall. It might seem like a small gesture, but to me, it spoke volumes about his dedication to creating a great experience. The room also had a lovely balcony overlooking the street, perfect for soaking in the town's lively atmosphere. Plus, the location is fantastic—within walking distance of the old town and all the major tourist spots. Highly recommend staying here for a warm, welcoming, and convenient experience.

Great little hotel, run by Tuan and his family. They were very hospitable, helped us book into restaurants and bars and even drove us to the local tailor (which was an excellent recommendation on day of arrival). Organised airport pick up and drop off

A newly renovated hotel, beautifully decorated, with a small but magnificent swimming pool for relaxing. Near the old city, but away from the noise. Duan, the manager, was sooooo helpful in every way. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant.
