The hotel’s service was good, close to many things and if you are staying here must dine at 3rd floor local restaurant their tomato braised beef stew was so good even though I can’t handle Chinese spice it was delicious. Overall highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall environment was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and maintained excellent communication throughout my visit, making everything seamless. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing morning tea – a lovely touch to start the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!

This was the one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in the city. Room is big enough and cleaning was perfect.

Location was good, this time changed room to 11 floor, was more better, with closed window, and didnt had any smell. With breakfast and afternoon tea was very pleasant ti stay here.

Well! Here we go again. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, I can mention that the positive things at the hotel was the front desk staff Ms. July who was very empathic and pro active before and during the check in. Free pick up service, free tour to grassland! Highly appreciate it guys. Nice shift front desk or operator team are not helpful at all. . . Cons The breakfast was not good as used to be before. Wifi not strong enough but can be used. Is not normal that at breakfast time to be served 2 lamb siao mae! I love it but the chefs only gave 2 then if i want more must come back for another 2!!!! Weird . . The tour agency located at the lobby is little bit rude and not professional. We got 1 free tour to rhe grassland and one paied but in both ocasions driver never dropped us back to the hotel. . . I should rate less but is ok 4/5

I stayed with my children for 1 night when returning from a trip to Vietnam. Although it is a little far from the center, it felt nice

Good and friendly staff , everything is good If i want to be picky, restaurant windows were not holding cold, room doors were annoying when getting for temporary bcs it doesnt have door holders

Super clean and new. Cleaning ladies does there job really good. Just behind there is a 7/11, bus stops. Definitely going back there again
