Fabulous breakfast and it's above our expectations! Host is super friendly and welcoming. Great location as it's 3mins walk to Tam Coc Boating and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

I was there because my friend recommended it. She said the owner is friendly, and indeed, both the owner and her sister are super friendly. I arrived at the homestay in the afternoon, around 2 pm, and the owner and her sister were kind enough to serve me cold drinks with a cupcake. They also recommended some nice places to cycle and even rented me their bicycles for free. The next day, I wanted to go to Halong Bay but hadn't bought any packages or bus tickets yet. The owner was kind enough to recommend a nice limousine driver to take me to the port. The driver arranged for me a nice 6-hour cruise trip around Halong Bay, and even a trip back to Hanoi on the same day. When I departed in the morning, the owner packed me a package of junk food, a rice, and served me a variety of fruits for breakfast. The room is clean, the air conditioning is functioning well, and the hot water too. Everything is amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay, and I would love to come back again.

You must stay at this hotel especially if you have young children! I am travelling with my 3 year old daughter and the family treated us incredibly well! The host has two young children and the family took my daughter into their home on both nights and fed her and played with her. They sent her back to our room with sweets and treats. And even gave us a bag full of food for our journey when we left. The room was beautiful and so clean! The rooms are huge! It is in a perfect location too. Two minutes from the main strip. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better home stay. If you’re looking for a loving family to stay with, this place is definitely it!

Excellent. The rooms are super clean and also well equipped (all sorts of toiletries, coffee/tea etc). The owner is so so friendly, and puts such an effort into making sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is huge and also can be personalised to your tastes. Lots of cute surprises, as I was leaving the owner gave me a little bag with water and some biscuits for my bus back to HaNoi. Price is very reasonable for service like this. I didn’t rent any bikes or take trips this time but after living and travelling in VN for a while I can assure you the prices offered were very reasonable and fair.

Good location and the host is always friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast portions, with a good selection of fruits. Room is spacious and we'll equipped.

This place is absolutely amazing! The cozy ambiance and comfortable setting make it the perfect getaway. And let's talk about the breakfast - it's an absolute feast! The host is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us fantastic tips. I can't recommend this place enough - it's a must-visit for everyone!

Hien is a fabulous Hostess and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Hien goes out of her way to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Location is great close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful and perfect. Rooms are spacious , clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was more than we could eat every morning and every morning different. Hien even packed us a bag of snacks for our bus trip when we were leaving. We had a fabulous stay would highly recommend this lovely family run home stay :)

Can't give an honest review of this hotel as we arrived at 4am and were whisked away on a motorbike to a hotel 1 mile away where the room smelled mouldy. Shame after choosing this hotel based on recommendations/research. It did mean we could check in early at no extra charge which was nice, but we felt a bit confused about the whole thing

Nous avons passé un super à Tam Coc Koi ! L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel très accueillant et présent pour vous aider dans la planification de votre séjour. C’est calme avec un belle piscine et des chambres spacieuses.

Excellente expérience dans cette maison La propriétaire nous soigne très bien. Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Elle nous indique les lieux à visiter. Elle nous aide à réserver pour le prochain trajet et ceci de façon très concurrentielle. L'endroit est très beau et avec une piscine. Très calme. Tout est parfait. Très heureux d'être venu ici. :-D
