Big hotel with newly renovated rooms, so everything is in good condition. Clean and big rooms. We had a corner room which the window is facing directly at the Landmark 81, we were able to enjoy the fireworks for new year eve.

The room is very clean and acceptable price. Hotel is a gold location very easy access to everywhere in the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel for business travel, staff are courtesy and helpful. Room aircon is power and strong, bed as usual is comfortable. Breakfast buffet from hotel is good, that serves wide range of variety.

Hotel rooms are old but still clean enough, location is a bit way out of D1, where all the tourist and good restaurants are.

Due to my flight schedule delayed. I was check in around 5pm+. The room Deluxe I booked no more one full bed. I travel with my wife. Recipient staff Ms. BINH. We really appreciate she upgrade me to a club king size bedroom.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times when I visit Ho Chi Minh. Have always been very impressed by its location, cleanliness and service. It is a very well managed hotel. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to district 1 for those who wish to visit district 1.

I returned to Windsor after ten years. Although the room interior is a bit old, the service is still very good. I will choose this place again when I come back next year.
