Room is spacious. Towel was very clean. No shower cubicle but with long bath. Need to take grab to popular attractions and food outlets in District 1. Breakfast was good. Recommended if you don’t mind the hassles of 15 mins and cost about 60000 Dong of grab drive.

I visited Vietnam a few times but every time hesitated to book this hotel. This time gave it a try and it turned out pretty good. The food is plenty and and fresh fruits drink

From the outside the hotel does not seem so special, but immediately you approach the main entrance you are happily greeted and all doors are opened for you and you get a real 5-star treatment. The staff at reception are great professionals and gave me a rich person treatment even I got the room for a pretty cheap price from my point of view. From the inside the hotel is luxuryously decorated and the club room I got on the 21st floor had nice views. On the 24th floor you have a mid-size pool with sunbeds and upstairs from the pool there are three individual hot jacuzzis (both pool and jacuzzis open until 22:00). Before booking I struggled wondering about how good or bad the location would be, but believe me it does not have any importance where your hotel is since using the Grab app (Uber-like) you can get a motorbike or car ride to virtually anywhere in the centre for 1-3 euros.

2nd times stay at this hotel. Nice hotel, good service, yet to try breakfast but heard that very delicious. Will try next time.

The room was really big with a great view and was kept clean. The location isn’t too far from the airport, making it convenient. The staff were helpful, which made the stay even better. Would recommend!

I was late 1 day since I’ve missed my flight to HCM and they have changed the date of my booking without any problem. Great service. Hotel is lovely and has a wonderful rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Only thing to bear in mind is the location which is reasonably far from the centre/ main tourist attractions

Big hotel with newly renovated rooms, so everything is in good condition. Clean and big rooms. We had a corner room which the window is facing directly at the Landmark 81, we were able to enjoy the fireworks for new year eve.

First, we had been staying @Windsor so many times. Second, housekeeping and front-desk are unaware about workflow, meaning check-out dates aren't well communicated: 2 mornings, we got distributed in our sleep by doorbell about room cleaning and checkout date... Third, the green-handed front-desk gals have no intention to address the issue but only pointing fingers...due to their poor hotel management training. As repeat-guests @Windsor, we don't have to deal with hotel managent internal politics. To stay or not to stay at Windsor again...
