Horrible experience!  1. Our room came with windows but cannot be open. The ventilation is super poor. The windows were super dirty too…  2. We booked 2  triple family rooms but we were given only 1 triple room while the other room was only a double room, with a tiny sofa bed. When we asked for a change to normal triple room they could not give us the triple room as it had been booked by others. We already paid for the triple room because it was prepaid via trip.com. It was difficult to communicate as we asked many times but they were unable to do anything at all. They understand English but were trying to take the chance that we don’t complain. They managed to change the bed to bigger one however still we paid for full size family triple room which is more expensive. Very disappointed!  3. We hope that the hotel management can contact us for follow up . It has been really bad…  4. We asked for extra blanket as one blanket for two persons on twin bed is not so comfortable, but the cleaning lady said cannot and refused to give.  Sigh!  More things can be done to improve the experience.

Walking distance to Coffee Apartments, opera house and Mrt. Room just accommodate for 2 person and clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Bed a bit hard for my wife and the bath tower a bit smelly. So far ok.

The breakfast is excellent! Authentic Vietnamese food, fresh, and delicious. Staff can speak English very well. Very close to tourism areas. Fair enough to the price 😊

Was a convient location for me to relax in the weekend at HCM as nearby many restaurants and bars for me to have many options of food.

Poor service attitude and hotel room not clean.

Like always it depends what you want: location was quite good, just one side street, you had to go through, was a bit dirty - soke garbage. After passing that you are in the middle of the city and can reach everything quiet fast. Staff was nice, I checked one room first, which had windows you could not open, so I could choose another. That was quite big, clean, bed was good, breakfast was poor. I stayed 2 days and it was fine for me as a single person.

The service are very bad attitude.

High cost-effective and it is so convenient to travel...

Location good, simple breakfast

Reasonable, good location, friendly, breakfast is okay and variety

Stayed in twin delux room , room looking tired & worn furniture looks like needs putting in a skip that knackered . Shower worked ok has the other basic things required didn’t bother going down for breakfast so can’t comment on that . Lift could be tidied up inside as wasn’t pretty . Would I stay again only for 2 nights max & pay no more than £28 p/n not worth no more than that
