The location is good and easy to locate or catch a Grab. Room is quiet even though the hotel is located along a main street. Breakfast is good and with good choices. Enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay, friendly staff, breakfast is nice but they could do with equipment to keep food hotter and not pre cook fried eggs. Menu is reasonable but when ordering a platter got told it was not available but still advertised on menu plus I pointed out a spelling mistake on the menu. Bar is nice with happy hour even on ales. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and reception was very helpful when we had to extend a night stay and it was no trouble.

Fantastic hotel with hot shower, clean towels, daily cleaning, 24/7 gym and laundry. Check in was quick and easy. Room includes TV with some English channels plus wake up call device. You can also choose to do your own laundry here. One load in the washer and dryer is 50,000 VND each, about 2 USD. There are only two machines each so it may get busy. The only downside is it’s on the edge of District 1 so you need to take a Grab. It’s not expensive but may take 15 minutes or so depending on traffic.

Location good. Gym good. Lobby good. Rooms so so. You can hear everything outside.

The room is very basic, which is ok for a night layover. The bed was clean, but there were small cockroaches in the bathroom. The shuttle service to/from the airport is a good plus.

Staying at this hotel was a delight. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Enjoyed my stay here, friendly staffs, new room and facilities(laundromat and gym etc), nice bar & breakfast. The view to the HTV tower at night is stunning, I think this landmark has been overlooked by most. Only thing to watch out to is the door stop on the floor, I kicked it twice and hurt so much.

I stayed here recently after more than four years since my first visit during pre-opening, and the experience was very disappointing. The elevators always had a strong body odor, which, while not directly the hotel’s fault, should be addressed to create a more pleasant environment. The room soundproofing was terrible—I could clearly hear noises from the next room, including housekeeping moving chairs during the day. I even recorded a video to show how bad the soundproofing was, as the noise was extremely disruptive. Cleanliness was also an issue, with visible dust on the clothing hangers and TV remote, which I didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The layout felt messy, and the self-service PHO station was a bad idea, especially since the broth wasn’t even hot. As for the staff, I expected young, energetic, and enthusiastic team members to match the hotel’s concept, but they were not friendly or hospitable, particularly the breakfast team. Overall, this stay was nothing like my first experience years ago, and I won’t be returning.

Overall present stay. It’s kinda crowded during breakfast.

Excellet service. My colleage left his passport in hotel. The staff manage to send the passport to airport on time...

The hotel was really clean and accommodative with friendly and helpful staffs. Had managed to get access to early check-in and check-out and quiet rooms as requested as well and it is indeed a lot more peaceful at night.

Although Wink Hotel is located at District 1 but it's further from the Ben Thanh Market part of District 1 which I will prefer for ease of access to food, pubs and spas.

Amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in is a breeze. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in district 1.
