Do not book this hotel. The room was not fully clean and looked rather tacky with poor cracked painting. The bed was very thin and as solid as a rock. We checked in at around 7 pm, dropped our bags in the room, had a look around, and then went out straight away. We got back to find a cockroach in our room. We grabbed our stuff and left the room. We spoke to the receptionist who didn't seem at all bothered that there were cockroaches in our room and acted as if it was a regular thing. We asked for a full refund. This was at approximately 11pm. After some waiting, the receptionists stated he would give us a full refund, but he didn't have enough money at the time. we agreed to come back the next day to collect our refund. We come back the next day to be told that they would only refund us one night out of our two night stay as we had stayed in the room from 7pm to 11pm and that they would have only refunded the full thing if we requested it within five minutes of getting into our room. Throughout the "refund process" the receptionist was less than helpful, wasnt apologetic at all and kept trying to say that we did in fact stay at the hotel (the 4 hours we were checked in) so would only give us a one day refund when we had booked for 2 nights. The fact they wouldn't fully refund us is absolutely disgusting given the fact that there was a cockroach in our room. Do not stay here!
