Pleasant experience for my first visit to HCMC. Somerset HCMC offers great service and the beddings are great too! They have a nice mini mart as well. Would highly recommend for travellers to stay with the Somerset HCMC.

A place which is friendly for business travelers. There is a living room you can have small meeting. The accommodation is good, location is good! Will definitely come back again

great location, spotless clean. room comes with washing machine, great bed, great pillow, a 15L water galon! great shower amenities. super friendly staff, speak good english. will stay in this property again if i visit HCM.

Overall is ok. But the bed is rather stiff and flat. Pillows provided were deflated but this can be resolved if you ask front desk for firmer pillows. Room ventilation is poor too. Air condition works fine but the air circulation is bad, perhaps is time to change the filters or introduce some air vents.

Apologies that I cannot remember his name. But he was very helpful upon my check-in. It was pouring upon arrival and my family and I couldn’t head out for dinner. But he took his time to recommend some restaurant around the area that I can order-in and we did! Delicious food! On my last day, I was late for check-out (totally my fault, I overlooked the time and did not inform the reception early). I rushed back to the hotel only to be greeted with a smile and he told me it was ok and that there was no need for me to rush to vacate the hotel room (he noticed I was with my two young children alone as my wife flew home 2 days earlier). He was so kind and helpful with the whole process. Of course the hotel was in a great location. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The hotel rooms were well kept and maintained. The staff and security were very polite as well. A great experience!

Good location and great size. Was upgraded so couldn't complain. Definitely above avg serviced apartment. Will stay again

Everyone was friendly and room was clean. The location is quite yet near all attractions and places we wanted to visit.

Nothing negative about this hotel except the location may not be ideal.
