Great service and friendly staff. At the time of booking, I wasn’t aware that I had  an executive floor room which the check in agent informed me includes breakfast and access to the lounge. That was a pleasant surprise as the breakfast was quite extensive with great coffees made to order from the coffee cart.  The hotel is centrally located and as I like walking, I was able to reach the Norte Dane, mall and opera house on foot in fact, I walked to the bitexco tower as well.  Going the other direction, I walked to the zoo and next door museum too.  The room amenities were great with tea, water and coffee. Spa toiletries included body lotion.  I believe a highlands coffee shop is being renovated on the lobby floor and there is a restaurant and bar.  Overall I thought this was a great choice at this price point and would recommend.

Loved the location as near the cities area. Got baby pool too The front office staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall, we loved our stayed here..

I have spent more than 3 nights in the hotel. It locates in good area in District 1 and easily accessible to tourist attraction places.

V good international hotel. Services n facilities was good. Breakfast exceptionally good, many varieties. All staff was pleasant n attentive. Definitely will return.

Great hotel, convenient location, good for work trip. Suggest to stay nearer to city center if you are help for travel! Staff dropped my giraffe and didnt pick it up tho!

Hotel is located at a busy intersection, but room was quiet. Service personnel are polite and friendly. Facilities are a little worn out. A little overpriced!

Good location, friendly staff, bit annoying that a take out coffee from breakfast they want go charge extra, this is always free in other hotels. Also why no USB plug beside bed.

Great location with walking distance to many of the attractions in the city. Good service to accomodate customized service to the guests with right choice of room. Will be my go to hotel in HCM
