Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa

Great location, fantastic breakfast, comfy and clean room. Helpful and efficient staff, my friend had a nosebleed and had to change her pillowcase, the staff were with us in moments. I saw some reviews say that the staff at the front desk were rude, but they were actually pretty helpful and considerate. They will ask for a cash deposit but are flexible to accept a different currency. Just make sure you have cash. The hotel is rather in need of refurbishment, as some of the amenities were pretty old in the room, things like peeling wallpaper and some repair work needed at the pool. That said, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the bathroom was great with a decent shower and hairdryer. They could improve their soundproofing as our rooms were directly below the kitchen, and we were slightly disturbed by the noise. There was a venue next door that played very loud music all through Saturday night, but that was their issue, not the issue of Paradise Saigon. I hope the hotel team have complained to them. Overall a comfy stay, I had some apprehension due to the mixed reviews, but I was not disappointed. I said it before, but the breakfast was SO GOOD, a really good variety of fruits, Western and Asian foods, light and hearty dishes. We were also walking distance from all the big sights and the new MRT.

While the hotel has a standard appearance, it gives off an aged atmosphere and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the communication from the reception could be significantly improved. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Rooftop pool is average and bar was little bit expensive compared to others.

All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit - easy walking. Great to relax in rooftop pool in late afternoon. Breakfast was basic but all the waiters replenished food quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

A very nice 4 star hotel which is well accessible to Ben thah Market, Saigon Square, pubs etc. The hotel room is spacious and clean with windows. it has nice small pool with good view on top. The hotel also provide free morning buffet breakfast. If not for the low level floor room, I would have give full marks during my stay. Highly recommended stay for first timer to HCM.

Location is good with plenty of restaurants, cafe, bar well within walking distance. The room is decent size with comfortable beds. Toilet is a little squeezy but acceptable. Good central aircon and nice hot water. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location right in the center of District 1 (convenient for business travelers). Delicious breakfast. Friendly service staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and the pool is small.
