Bed sheets and bath towels is very old, they could not afford to change the new one. One of the worker said that. The bathroom is very dirty, the ventilation fan in the bathroom is broken after I used the toilet, it just circulated in the unit and it smells terrible, again no money to fix that. The glass door of the shower is missing, again no money to replace new one.  I booked for 2 nights and paid, but I came late around 10pm, I just stayed for one night, so horrible could not stay 1 more night so I left next day. But paid for 2 night no refund. But the room charged premium price at no discount.

The best Le Saigon hotel 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 best hotel, located closest to ë airport, best breakfast buffet, great service, always available on chat/email when needed, clean room, and friendly front office staff, we never made a mistake that we chose this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on our 1st in Vietnam, and after our trip from Nha Trang we chose to stay here again for being closest to the airport, the second time exceeds our expectations when they agreed to let us stay in the same room when we extended for another night. Thank you everyone in the hotel 💕

Decent Rooms, Needs Improvement on Food Service The rooms at Le Saigon Hotel were acceptable, providing a reasonably comfortable stay. However, the food service, particularly during breakfast, needs significant improvement. I noticed that the staff were slow to clear tables after guests had finished eating. Used plates and utensils were left unattended, creating a messy and unappetizing dining environment. This was especially noticeable since the breakfast area isn't very large, so the dirty tables quickly became an eyesore. While the food itself was okay, the overall dining experience was marred by the poor service. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The staff on duty are friendly, the check in and check out process is also fast. The room was spacious, comfortable and nice. The air conditioning works well and is cool. The amenities are quite complete. There is only a slight damage to the toilet seat hinge, but no problem. The location of the hotel is quite close to the Tân Sơn Nhất Airport. Overall okay and recommended.

Good location close to airport. Staff was not very friendly. No help was offered to take our luggage to our room. Breakfast was average. Boiled eggs were cold. Other amenities were fine.

Easy to book and good breakfast buffet in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff

The people there were very nice. They had a security guard that brought our luggage inside and the guy behind the front desk. Had us checked in within two minutes, literally the fastest check-in ever.  it was also right next to the airport. 

Nice location hotel near airport. Good for catch early morning flight depart from SGN. However, Breakfast quite goods quality and nice taste!

Although no windows. If your staying max for couple night is an excellent place to be and super close to the airport ☀️

Family friendly hotol. the room is considerably big (king size bed) which is perfect for our family of 3. the room is clean and aesthetically beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delightful. Overall experience is great and very recommendable and definitely can consider to return for the service. thanks🥰

Nice breakfast and near to airport. There are many shops near hotel. Even in mid night we can go to shopping to convince store

Worth it

The door lock is spoil don’t need to use card also can open .  Bath room have no hook  to hang the clothing and towel.
