The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-5 minute walk to Japan Street. The staff provided professional and courteous service. The room was clean with a modern design. When we encountered an issue with the TV remote, the hotel staff quickly resolved it. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was above average. Considering the price, the value for money is excellent! 😊

Hotel is located in the Japanese town so there's a number of Japanese restaurants nearby. You can also walk to saigon square or the ben thanh market and there's a good massage place just beside the hotel. Room is clean and service is good.

This hotel is in a great location, quite in the evening and still walkable to many places. It's one of the few hotels with a room with a window facing the back which is quiet and price is reasonable. The staff are really helpful and nice especially Tris she went out of her way to buy some disinfectant and bandages for my wound and helped me bandage it up when my leg got hit by a trolley at one of the markets. I was so tired of trying to find a pharmacy myself earlier without any luck, I was so grateful for her help! Only small downside to this hotel is the small toilet room, if they change the type of door it would be easier to move around in. I am quite small size but even I have problem closing the toilet door from the inside and leaving the door open hit my legs. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I come to HCM

This hotel has an excellent location with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The staff is friendly and professional, making guests feel truly welcomed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to friends. Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel in a good location, convenient to walk to all the shops and city centre. An enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was food and had sufficient selections for a nice meal. I do recommend that bacon is fried elsewhere as the ventilation inside the breakfast area will not remove the smell. The rooms are spaciius and beautifully designed. The view is nice too. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was amazing!! The service from the moment you step in to the moment you step out is top tier. They have such welcoming, attentive and friendly staff who always go above and beyond. I don’t think I opened the door myself once when entering or exiting the building and was greeted warmly every morning and upon every return!! The rooms themselves are very clean and it stays that way as they have an impeccable house keeping service. They have breakfast available every morning and a gym which isn’t very extensive but has all the essentials. There also isn’t a pool, however, with the location being in the heart of Japan town and within walking distance of all the major sites (War Remnant Museum, Independence Palace, CBD), health and wellness centres and great food as well as in range for day tour pick up, this isn’t much of an issue as there is plenty to see and do at your doorstep. We will definitely be back!!

First time staying here, 4 days 3 nights. All was awesome spent and very satisfied with their service. Very clean hotel and just renovated. Breakfast is included and even though the spread is not a lot but menu change every day when I were there and most importantly tasty, very delicious. Location wise, very strategic with many restaurants around till night.

Hotel is located in a good location of HCMC, very near lots of Japanese eateries. There is a small but useable gym and free buffet breakfast (although the service area is small and can only fit a few diners so there is typically some waiting time). The room was clean and seemed very new. Would recommend for the price.

I was very satisfied with the front desk service of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and always did their best to take care of me, in particular, Jayden. When asked for food recommendation and day trips, he would give me good advice. He and his colleagues including doormen were always very polite and put on a smiley face when I left or returned to the hotel. In addition, the room that I booked was on upper floor. It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room has windows which can be opened. It was quite nice. At night it was noisy outside on the street, but after midnight, it was quiet when I closed the window.

The hotel is conveniently located within the Japanese Town of District 1. It is convenient to go anywhere from there and there are no lack of food choices in the vicinity as well. Room is clean and staff is very helpful. Recommended.
