Apartment interior looks quite pleasant, similar to mid tier service apartment standard. However, the crumpled bedsheets & duvet on arrival & no extra toilet paper for 5 nites stay were areas which need further improvement. There were also some lag time on response to service... Overall, stay was ok and the washing machine in Apt does come in handy for longer stay.

Good room condition with full amenities, but no service at all. It might be my expectation, as this is my first time staying in a residence rather than a hotel.

Very clean. Location is great. With washing machine. No smell in the room. They allow you to leave luggage in another room if you are to checkout but still choose to deposit your bag until evening. The only thing to improve which is important are the mattresses. Sinking into centre. Not too comfortable for couple sharing. Need to improve on this. Else, everything was perfect for us.
