Probably one of the best hotel to stay in Ho Chi Minh city. Great service and amenities.

The room was good, the view was nice and the space was good, however, as 7M VND per night a room and 5 stars International brand hotel the minibar only provided coffee and basic tea. There is nothing provided for the customer to consume even if willing to pay but the refrigerator was empty. The sound isolation was so bad, people walking outside my room I could hear what they were talking about and the footsteps. For the toiletries, a comb is not even provided to the female customer, so, is the hotel expecting all customers to bring their own?

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the front desk team who were always smiling and ready to assist. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon in District 1 and was thoroughly impressed. I chose an Executive Room with a view of the Saigon River, which was breathtaking. The room’s design, cleanliness, and spaciousness were exactly what I expect from Hilton’s classic excellence. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, we needed something in the room and called the reception. Within 5 minutes, the staff arrived and resolved the issue promptly. This level of efficiency is rare, even in many 5-star hotels, where delays often occur. Hilton once again proved its iconic standard in this regard. The hotel is also very centrally located. Most historical sites are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I only stayed for one night, but the experience was exceptional. I wish all hotels maintained this standard. I rate my stay 5 out of 5. Perfect for posting now! Let me know if anything else comes to mind.

Booked a room for our anniversary and the New Year firework view. Everything was amazing! The hotel even gave us a nice little surprise for our anniversary.

Good location, located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. This is a new hotel, so the equipment is brand new. It is a new landmark of Ho Chi Minh. However, the training of service staff needs to be strengthened. I am a high-level member of Hilton, but the service staff did not take the initiative to ask me if I have a membership card at the beginning, which almost caused me to lose my rights.

Service at Hilton was impeccable.  The concierge (Mr Duc) was incredibly helpful, from creating a lovely 3D2N plan for us to preventing a taxi from scamming us.  Maybe the best service I've ever had at any hotel and certainly a very new property. Highly recommended.

our Gold membership was not accepted because we didn‘t book with Hilton app. thats why this hotel could not be recommended for business travelers or travellers with book with agencies

Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com
