This is my second time staying at Hera Luxury Hotel, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 3 nights, and everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested an upgrade from a Superior King Room to a Triple Room, and they handled it with ease. Communication was easy, and they granted my request without any issue. They’ve also improved their breakfast service, now offering a buffet instead of à la carte, with a different menu each day. It was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Cleanliness is top-tier. The rooms are spotless, with fresh towels, blankets, and pillow covers changed regularly. The bathroom was superb—so clean and well-maintained, it really added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return!

Good hotel near an airport (walking to airport about 15min). I was with a child and we spent a lot of time at the swimming pool on the roof, it's nice. Big room, probably the air conditioner works slow and there was only one key which switch off all when you were out...so every time when I come the room were hot... The breakast is not big but enough for 1-2 nights staying. I would stay here next time again.

5mins to the airport and approximately 10-15kms or 30mins on a motorbike at rush hour to the city center. Please looks clean and quiet. Downside is there's no ramp for luggage wirh wheels or wheelchair.

Pretty good hotel, it was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful even when we checked in at 1 am. Spacious rooms and proximity to airport is also a huge plus. Will stay here again.

The hotel was great to stay at. During my check in, I was upgraded to superior room on the top floor, thanks to the receptionist. The room was clean with great sunset view. The location was alao great, about 15 minutes away from the airport by walk, and megan mall also nearby. Breakfast noodle was also great :)

For those travelers who wish to short stay and location is close to airport

Venue was convenient, there is a new big mall nearby with lots of food and shops. A good stay for a night.

Choose as close to the airport and had a flight at 2am. So location not great for sight seeing etc but for me was ideal. Good value, clean and friendly service.

This is a new hotel, just opened last year. Thus, the room is very clean. It's also very near to the airport. Overall, the experience was good.

In general, the hotel is good. Especially when you transfer from Ho Chi Minn. it’s near the airport and you can walk there on foot

Hotel was convenient to airport but did not have airport shuttle and price to travel 1.5 kms to the airport was three times as expensive as taxi but reception would not call a taxi for us. Breakfast was terrible. No western choices and Asian choices were limited and not fresh. Location was very noisy but on a positive note the room was clean.
