Perfect location, clean room and helpful staffs. Room is quite small without window, but that’s the price you pay for. But only one disadvantage is their check-out policy was so disgusting and nonsensical. They demanded me one more day’s payment exaggerated day in by reason without telling or warning me in advance.

I have been always stayed here for my online job, as well as a safe place to stay for short vacation.

Best location , fair charges and the best Banh Mi on the first floor. Surely going to visit again.

Grandma Saigon Japan Town hotel is so good to stay. on the ground floor, they have their own banh mi restaurant. You do not have to go out for snacks when you're hungry. Their baggatte is home made and it is very crispy outside and soft inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. they offer tours and rental motorcycle for reasonable price. I will stay here again next time I visit Saigon. Cheers,

Just don’t go there, trust me. This is not a Hotel, Hostel or whatever. Firstly you have to walk through a whole café to access the elevator to the rooms. Then I don’t think it is mentionned but it is not a Mattress it is a VERY THIN LAYER of not even foam, on top of a rigid wood. And I can still not believe the Rudeness of the guy that sleeps in the café at night controlling Who enters. It is not a fun place to stay, not confortable, and rude staff. Also, imposible to maintain hot water in the shower, and the toilets are DISGUSTING (not cleaned) eventhough They have the famous automatic spray and fan incorporated. Will 10000% not recommend it and am writing to Trip.com for a refund for this joke of the mattress. The name Grandma Lu, I thought it was going to be a fun authentic place to stay, but has no charm, no grandma, and you do not do what you want in your Tiny Uncomfortable room. Avoid at all costs !

Clean room, friendly staff. They have a very delicious Banh mi restaurant on the first floor, you should try it once. I highly recommend this place for those traveling alone :))

very good location . room is small with no windows. probably ok if price abit lower for such small room and shared toilet. also they need to improve the mattress it is too thin

I like it because I was looking for a private place. I could have rented for a full month if they had just some cooking materials.

Good location and private room (no trash bin inside). Public bathrooms (just few clothes hook and no place for you to store your personal belongings) and toilets.But when you take out the door key. All power are cutted and only one power socket not enough for multiple devices. Also, even you go to toilet then you need take out the door key to lock the door.

The place is in centre of Ho Chi Minh city. Its very clean and well behaved english speaking employees handling…
