It’s located in the old market area, yet close to everything with plenty of great food nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the room and bedding were clean and comfortable. There's a conveniently prepared laundry room, plus a swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Don’t miss “The Best Bun Bo Hue” right in front of the hotel—it’s incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious! I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Certainly an affordable and luxurious option! The staff are all very friendly and helpful from check in to housekeeping. Centrally located to big tourist sights and loads of convenience stores and food options. A minute away from the mall. Room is very big and well cleaned. Housekeeping available every day and a do not disturb electronic option available for rooms. Toiletries and products available of good quality. My only complaints are regards the pool which closes early at 6pm and the deck is quite small so there are no shade umbrellas and it is quite difficult to have a “pool day” in the intense sun. The studio room without window is a very good option considering the noise from the street though the lighting in the room itself could be improved. There are many lights but still very dark inside. That being said, I’d certainly stay here again and would like to thank the staff for the kindness and efficiency during my stay.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in District 1, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to commute to other areas. It's tucked away on a small market street, which is perfect for those who want to try authentic local food—delicious noodles and Bánh Mì are right at your doorstep! The hotel itself has a sleek, modern design and, according to the friendly and helpful staff, has only been open for about two years. The ground floor features a stylish lounge area with a café-like vibe, complete with plenty of power outlets. Just behind that, there's a convenient self-service laundry area with washing machines available for guests. On the first floor, you'll find a shared kitchen and dining space, along with a pool table and darts—great for some casual entertainment. This is also where breakfast is served, though the selection is quite limited to toast, instant ramen, and boiled eggs. Compared to my previous hotel, which offered a full buffet with fresh eggs and pho, it was a bit underwhelming. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view, including the iconic Café Apartments building in the distance. However, I noticed there were only a few power outlets and none with USB ports, which many other hotels provide. Another minor letdown was the mini-fridge—it wasn’t actually cold, which I only discovered after my ice cream melted overnight! When I asked the staff, they mentioned that the fridge wasn’t really functional, which was disappointing. The rooftop features a small pool and jacuzzi—a great spot to cool off and relax, even though it was smaller than I expected. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay was excellent overall. The modern design, friendly staff, and unbeatable location made it a great experience, and I would definitely book this hotel again!

Nice hotel for a few nights in Saigon. It is well located and the rooms are clean and nice. You can walk easily in D1. Breakfast is not good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Village Ton That Dam and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received despite having an injured knee. The staff were attentive and accommodating, providing me with assistance whenever I needed it. Especially noteworthy was the duty manager, who went the extra mile to ensure my well-being. She even offered and recommended a few hospitals in case I needed medical attention, and asked for my room number so she could inform her staff about my situation. Such thoughtful and personalized care is truly rare and appreciated. While the room layout made the room space (24m) felt a bit small, the room had everything I needed. And the location? Perfect! And they serve continental breakfast only. Compared to the other 2 hotels I've stayed at during this holiday (3 and 5 stars hotels), truly stood out for its exceptional service and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Thank you to the entire team at M Village Ton That Dam for making my trip so memorable!

We didn’t stay in this hotel. Our request for additional bed was not available so they suggested we moved to their chain hotel nearby with some extra payment as it’s a better hotel, M Village Signature. Room is very spacious, clean and bed and pillow were comfortable! We were given high floor so the view was not blocked. Laundry room at level 10 and it’s free , just bring your own detergent.Staff is friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast selection is simple, some Vietnam pho, salad, breads and a egg station.

Facilities were great and staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were great too.

Not too bad as a biz trip, super noisy at night until 2am, staying for 1-2 night is good enough

Location unbeatable. Room was clean and bed was huge. Only major problem was the noise created from the dragging of chairs in other rooms and the loud music from one of the many clubs below. Maybe hotel can have carpeted floors to reduce noise and also better window soundproofing. That was the only gripe for me.

Except for a smaller swimming pool everything is good enough especially the WhatsApp updates.

Amazing location and hotel staff

Very good place to stay in. In the morning, there's a market just by the hotel to grab breakfast or just see how the regular life of Vietnamese are like. In the evening, there are drinking place to just have a drink. Very walkable to apartment cafe as well.
