This hotel is the worst I have stayed in HCM so far. I need to write this review to warn fellow travellers.
Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, you will be greeted by 8 or 9 steps, if you are carrying heavy luggages, there are no bell boy to help you with luggage.
The hotel lobby is very warm, only the recep will have fan to cool themself down.
The receptionists are not well versed in English and definitely not helpful to guests!
I booked a junior suite and the room is very lousy! The wardrobe is without doors (see photo attached).
There are ants and hair left behind by previous guests on the bed. My wife was bitten by ants in the middle of the NIGHT!! (See attached)
The curtain have black stains on it, the window ledge looks old, ceiling have cracks. (See photos attached)
When requested for a full refund of my 2nd day stay, the hotel refused to accede to my request but luckily trip.com says they will refund me back in credits for my future bookings with them. (Kudos to trip.com!)
This is the worst experience I have in HCM thus far and I sincerely hope trip.com can have more control over their hotel vendors to provide a safe booking platform for us consumers.
