I visit this hotel in every 2-3 months and I stay here for a week. They rooms are not hygienic. You will find cockroaches everyday. Bedsheets not clean and not being changed everyday after asking to change as well. Food quality is below average. And most importantly staffs are not welcoming the guests and they talk to you rudely when you ask for a request or when you ask them to rectify a mistake. They don’t acknowledge your complaint and they don’t improve at all.

Horrible experience in Treebo Niraali Pune. Not worth a visit. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant and food becomes a basic issue. Quality of food is also poor. B'fast is pathetic with just 2-3 items. rooms lack basic ammenities. Staff is very untrained though they try to help in every possible way

Location is off the road and construction is going on next to hotel so lot of noise. Rooms are unhygienic. I had booked 2 rooms. All glass n mirrors were having stains, tap was looking like never been cleaned for ages , commode was have black stains. Wash basin was having cracks. Rooms walls ws having layer of dust. Floor was sticky never cleaned and worst was breakfast , hotel staff n management make Sure that cockroaches also having same breakfast with u in bowl of fruit I don’t how many guest had Tht honour before me of having cockroaches breakfast. One of room was having power issue in early morning. So no AC in hot summer. Over all worst hotel and worst service my suggestion never visit this type of hotel were u waste ur money , time and have high risk of getting infected.

Best place to live with family specially with Old parents and kids, staff are very cooperative and supportive, I will give 10 0ut of 10 for food and hotel staff. Hotel ambience is very good I will highly recommend to stay.

Good staaf member good staff member and good characteristic for that and so many things are there and good food and everything will be okay and every time when I go for bath and having bath every staff member are there and it's so much helpful for me

It was a great experience. The stay was comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff is also friendly and the room is very spacious and very comfortable. The food is also good and worth the price. Cleanliness is also good and the location of the hotel is great.

It was a great stay, the staff was polite and welcoming. Food quality was amazing compared to other hotels. Cleaning was done in time.location was peaceful and perfect for work and vacation standpoint.
