I stayed here on a weeknight & found this to be a good place to stay in Burns/Hines. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked properly, including the TV, Mini-Fridge & Microwave. The hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub. Grocery & Convenience Store in easy walking distance. Likely your best option in Burns/Hines.

This is our Hotel of choice when traveling to Eastern Oregon. We usually stay here up to half a dozen times a year. We have a favorite room which we ask for upon making reservations and have a 100% success rate of getting this room!

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because it is the best hotel in Burns. Clean (with vinyl floors) and comfortable. Don't confuse this with the Rory and Ryan Inn which is a few doors down. That is a former Comfort Inn. We initially checked in to that hotel, but were unhappy with the smell in the room.

The doors slam shut of the guest rooms and with a loud enough noise to wake us up. The doors shut with a great deal of noise but they are not self-closing which is quite odd. Rooms are OK as was the free breakfast and the coffee. The problem was getting woken up repeatedly by the other guests.

Problems with loud thumping noise in bathroom. Guest services said to close door to mute sound which didn’t help. Still loud. Paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors normal conversations.

This is a pretty typical Best Western hotel. Check in person was very nice. Room was clean enough, but noisy. Breakfast was average hotel fare. Not a lot of choices in the Burns/Hines area, so this is probably about as good as you're going to find.

STAY AWAY! THIEVES! THE WORST people I have met in 40+ years of hotel travel. stole $$$ from my card UNAUTHORIZED banged on my door repeatedly as I recovered from ER Visit. EXTREMELY unfriendly and refuse to admit error and still steal $$$$. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND This outfit to many friends and family

This Best Western in Burns, Oregon will suprise you. The western decor and theme throughout the hotel is so quaint and appealing. The rooms are clean and roomy. The breakfast room inviting and the decor is delightful. There were plenty of delicious options, hot and cold. This little gem suprised ne ans surpasses my expectations as the price was to good to be true. This will be my first choice stop when passing through the area again.

Great service and an excellent stay. From housekeeping to front desk to bed and breakfast - all were outstanding. When most motels look like they're midway through a renovation, the property and service are complete. A very professional operation. Thank you.
