This was the best holiday inn we’ve ever stayed at! The location was awesome. The staff is amazing. Rodney Miller is the GM and he and his staff went above and beyond for my family. The hotel is recently renovated and even has a local alligator in a pond behind the hotel named rocky! We loved it . Golf cart took us down to the beach and to nearby restaurants. This is a 5 star hotel!!!!

Decent hotel but a little hard to get to. Filled with kids! Typical breakfast, not bad but nothing outstanding. Shower and shower room with the toilet was small. What is the obsession with nitelites? The light in the sink nook illuminated the entire room.

Right off Tamara was absolutely the best! We were surprised to know she was not management. The staff was professional and had great senses of humor. Room, pool, and property were all clean and kept nicely. This it's now a priority spot for us.

Relaxing weekend stay on Hilton Head Island. The beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. In general the hotel was just what we needed. The room was clean and all the staff was nice. Rod the GM gave us some pointers on what to do on the island. The breakfast lady made sure everything was hot and delicious.

This Holiday Inn express is centrally located in Hilton head by Coligny Beach. It was quiet and everything we needed for our quick getaway. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They were very professional and responsive. We got a chance to meet Rod the GM and he was able to give us pointers of where to eat and go while we were on the island. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

I love the new lobby area and breakfast area. Me and my family stayed here 3 years ago and the front desk along with the breakfast area was in another building. The rooms are nice and you're within walking distance to the beach and shops. I highly recommend this IHG property. I'll be back next year ☺️

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here 2 weeks ago in room 233 and left behind a clothing item. I know I left it in the room because I saw it hanging on the door as I took luggage down and I forgot to go get it before leaving. I called the hotel multiple times to speak with housekeeping and was told I would be called back. Finally, a week later, the head of housekeeping called me and said they do not have the item. This leaves no other option than someone in housekeeping decided to keep it and not turn it into lost and found. Therefore, I know for a fact there are thieves working here. These are the same people who will be servicing your room and being around your items! I suggest you stay far, far away. The hotel is also falling apart and has mold issues. We will never return and will steer everyone away from Holiday Inn.
