Situated on a body of water overlooking the 9th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Walking distance to the beach. PLEASE NOTE; there is an extra fee of $50/day should you want the pool and hot tub heated. The pool is not heated from 11/1 - 3/15. Spa heat duirng this time period is $100/day. NO animals! Guests are responsible for any damage. We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure the property clean and in working order when you arrive.. I also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to my standards and to go over anything that is missed. Pest control sprays the outside for mosquitoes once a month...April - October, however, we do not guarantee mosquito free. A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date.
