Great value accommodation with well appointed rooms. Free breakfast is a plus point.

My husband and I went to Tamworth to help with his mum, we stayed at Motel 359 from the 17 of Oct 2024 until today the 22nd of Oct. The rooms were very clean and tidy the location was good the free continental breakfast was a bonus but the thing that stands out the most was the staff. They made us very welcome and could not do enough for us, no job was too hard and we even were given a upgrade in our room which was very appreciated. I will definitely be recommending any of my friends and family to stay there. Thank you all so much

Without doubt the WORST motel we've ever stayed in, was SUPPOSED to be a disabled friendly room, wife couldn't use her walking aid as once in room she was restricted by lack of space, NO chairs, so had to sit on bed to eat, wife had to CRAWL in & out of the bed, TV was at a 90 degree angle to the head of the bed, any bags had to be on the floor as NOWHERE to put else to put them, to fill the jug we had to use a cup and then put it in the jug. IMMEDIATELY cancelled our return trip, why are such POORLY equipped places allowed to exist?

Very happy with room and price for one nights accommodation.small room with ensuite with amazing hot water! If you’re on a budget I recommend this place Buffet breakfast was more than sufficient! Clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend staying here!

Donna at reception was fantastic, her ability to change our room (because of 1 queen bed) and get us breakfast items to take back to our room because of an early start was amazing, we highly recommend this place and will definitely come back next time we're in town.

Advised hotel would arrive late 24 hrs in advance. No email communication. Reception closed, no care taker, no answer on intercom, no answer on phone! Forced to sleep with children in car! Terrible service avoid st all costs! In this day and age you’d think someone could monitor an email address or answer a phone!

The room was small but very clean and had everything you need such as microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cups, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and while I usually get a sore neck from motel pillows I was surprised to find the pillow comfortable as well. As for the shower, it was the BEST with good flowing hot water which is just what you need after a long drive. The free breakfast offered tea, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, jam etc. which is pretty good. I do however have one thing I would recommend if I could and that would be to offer a small amount fresh milk upon checking in for tea and coffee lovers instead of the little capsules. The staff are polite and friendly and we found it good value.

Good budget family motel only 5 minutes from town. Bonus included breakfast the next morning which was a good start to the day. Bit noisy at night as our room was near the vending machine. Was able to use a discount code for the local eateries which was also nice.

This property doesn't send any reminders and doesn't check in when the guests are arriving for their stay. If you accidentally book wrong date, they won't negotiate for a different date. They will take your money- full amount without you staying in the property. Very rude, mean staff, no opportunity to negotiate or explain. What will they loose for letting the guests (who have paid for wrong date) stay there rather than keeping their rooms empty. Wonder if it makes them happy ripping people off without service?
