At Ease Beach Hotel

Small hotel perfekt situated on the beach. Peace and quite, but close enough to Hikkaduwa action, only a small walk away. Nice rooms, mine had a faboulus seawiev. Breakfast is ok,food average. But the hotels biggest fortune is the staff!! They are all doing everything to make you stay as memorable as possible. With a heartwarming smile from early morning to late evening. Miss you all!!

Beautiful hotel by the beach in Hikkaduwa. We had a great view from our balcony on the top floor. Staff is friendly, food is good! Will definitely come back. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and have a drink after a long day or exploring. Thank you everyone!

Small charming hotel. Wonderful view from the balcony, fantastic staff, breakfast very good. Location in a calm area on the beach, away from the more crowded areas. By Tuk Tuk only 4 minutes or a walk on the beach 20-30 min to the ”centre”. No swimming in the sea in this part of the beach normally, but you can still be in the shallow water in the waves to bath and the hotel has a nice pool! Clean and good room. Not the best food but restaurants all around. Also fixing travels and adventures in the most professional way! We would come here again!

We have just returned from Sri Lanka and spent a week with At Ease, we had a great time and found the hotel peaceful and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful often checking with us if we needed anything for our room or in general and if so responding quickly. The breakfast options are limited but at the same time excellent, fresh fruit and a choice of freshly cooked eggs each day are part of the choices. The hotel is at a very peaceful part of the beach about 1k from the main town and transport in to town is readily and cheaply available by local Tuk Tuk if you do not wish to walk along the beach which is generally clean and stunning, The sea here can have large swells so is not always suitable for small children but the hotel pool is and has a range of children's toys available We also used the travel options available from the hotels sister company for our airport and other transfers and found them to be punctual and efficient with good vehicles and friendly drivers We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hikkaduwa Thank you At Ease

Location was very good. Ocean facing. But no room service. You can't even bring food from outside and eat in the room. Wi-Fi was pathetic in the room. I would give an average rating. Thilini was very helpful. The house keeping boys were very good

We arrived in the hotel late when only security was there and he took us to our room. When opening the door the smell was unbearable, obvious mold on the wall. (As shown in pic) Everything dirty. Towels, Sheets, pillows with hair on it smelling like sweat. WORST NIGHT EVER!!! We complained in the morning, the owner came with VERY aggressive attitude telling us this is what you get for 70$ per night. If you want clean place book in a 5* hotel, which is what we did. He acted dangerously and he sent his staff 3 times to make us leave the place while we are waiting for our car. This place is not what it seems and we would never recommend anyone to have this experience.
