Modern, cosy timber house "Hidra", 51 m a.s.l., built in 1976, renovated in 2012, surrounded by trees and meadows. 1.5 km from the centre of Hidrasund, on the outskirts, 19 km from the centre of Flekkefjord, 108 km from the centre of Mandal, 700 m from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 700 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. Fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), Rowing boat with motor (on request). 400 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 19 km, sandy beach "Kirkjehamn" 6 km, swimming bay 700 m. Walking paths from the house, fishing possibilities 700 m. "Hidra (SOW010)", 7-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels.
