#衞生是看到今年開業才優先選擇的，到了一問原來是九月份才開始對外營業，雖然是新但是味道不大，挺不錯的。#服務無論是前台小姐姐還是清潔的阿姨都面帶笑容，非常熱情，因為早餐的就餐區還沒完善好，這幾天的早餐都是送上門的，體驗感拉滿了，但這過後應該就是到餐區吃了。#位置交通位置就在姑婆山集散中心附近幾百米，在一個老温泉酒店旁邊，由於是新開業所以擺渡車什麼的暫時還沒用，但這些基礎設施的完善估計到十一前全部都ok的了#性價比除了因為我們不是自駕出行沒這麼方便外，從性價比從體驗感這家竹隱都是無可挑剔的，秒選就完事了！

看得出來這個酒店很想往高端塑造，可是真的很像一幫草台班子，入住後有很多細節不滿意，據説已經試營業了一個半月了，但是很多地方是不能容忍的：1、號稱上半年就通風了，其實酒店氣味仍然比較大，懷疑他們沒有檢測過；2、酒店電梯的數字和樓層對不上，很詭異，提出這個問題後當天他們就把電梯數字更換了，但是仍然很奇怪；3、酒店應該是計劃配洗衣房的，但其實還沒有配置好就開始營業了；4、酒店部分房間洗澡間下水不順暢，換了兩個房間依然不怎麼好，由於時間太晚了，就將就了；5、酒店房間的設計很奇葩，號稱温泉酒店，是房間裏有浴缸的那種泡澡形式，但是浴缸是放在窗户和床之間的床和浴缸之間沒有遮擋，很沒有私隱感；6、這一點我必須單獨説一下，他們酒店提供的浴缸用一次性袋子居然跟浴缸尺寸對不上，無法使用，這真是驚呆我了，一個專門的温泉酒店，已經正式營業了，最基本的耗材居然尺寸對不上；7、酒店的枕頭很不舒服，是很不舒服，衹有一個款式，躺起來折脖子的那種；8、房間空調據説不是中央空調，效果很不好，入住當晚調到16度，依然感覺不是特別涼快；9、房間掛衣架的燈是個想讓人爆粗口的設計，有人路過，或者床上翻身有點聲音都會亮，睡覺睡到一半能把人亮醒，對於一般人都受不了，更別説睡眠質量不好的，如果是雙人間更加不能忍受。10、牙具質量巨差，像把粗糙的刷子，如圖。11、價格跟體驗不相符，淡季五百左右的價格跟入住體驗完全不符。優點：1、設施新，但有些設計純屬。。。2、服務態度也還行，但是感覺沒啥經驗的樣子，早餐雖然種類很少，但是跟工作人員説想吃有湯的麪條還是用心給我們煮了。綜上，真是草台班子辦酒店，不得不服。第一次寫這麼長的評論。

房間打掃的乾淨整潔，給人温馨舒適的感覺，也很方便前往周邊景點，房內床品很舒適，讓人有個好睡眠。前台服務也非常周到，下次一定再來！

2025年新開的酒店，衝著姑婆山周邊環境和客房私湯來的，住下來有亮點也有小遺憾，給計劃來的朋友參考下~
✅ 滿意的點：
1. 環境真的舒服！背靠姑婆山，特別安靜，晚上泡私湯很愜意，比起公區温泉私隱性強太多，想什麼時候泡都可以。
2. 管家式服務很貼心，有問題發消息能及時回覆，不用等很久，這點體驗感不錯。
3. 自駕友好，停車位特別多，不用找車位費勁兒；含的自助早餐也還算穩定，煎餃、炒麪、白粥這些基礎款都有，吃飽沒問題。
❌ 需要改進的地方：
1. 剛裝修完的房間有明顯甲醛味，對氣味敏感的話可能會不舒服；給的浴缸套尺寸太小，根本用不上，有點影響私湯體驗。
2. 浴巾會掉毛，用着不太舒服；房間裏沒給袋子，想裝換洗衣物或者雜物都沒地方放，不太方便。
3. 早餐沒什麼廣西特色，而且豆漿有股怪味，不知道是豆子受潮還是機器沒洗乾淨；沒有洗衣服務，長期住不太方便。
4. 所謂的健身房就1台跑步機，基本等於沒有；窗簾不是電動的，被浴缸擋着一半拉不開，日常用着麻煩。
📍 位置挺好，到姑婆山開車大概20分鐘，去景區很方便。
整體來説，追求安靜和私湯體驗的話可以考慮，但裝修氣味、用品細節這些問題，希望酒店能儘快優化，等運營再成熟點可能會更舒服~

1、房間寬敞明亮，酒店還是很新的，剛開業不久設施還可以再完善一點。2、交通不便利，也沒有擺渡車，適合自駕遊注重私密性的朋友。3、温泉=沒有。總體還是滿意的。
