在黑維茲小鎮泡温泉預訂的，類似酒店的設定在歐洲算是不錯了，就是沒啥服務，早餐是一包麪包和果醬，也不像其他民宿能提供救生圈的出借，自助入住，所以還得在手機上操作半天。總體來説還算不錯

Last minute stay Premium apartment with terrasse (open area shared with neighbouring apartments). Small apartment but nice bathroom with sauna. Not well insulated, can hear neighbours if noisy. WIFI, forget very bad connection. Breakfast you collect from main building placed on a table, average. About 15 min walk to center. Overall good enough if your passing by for a night...

We do not recommend this accommodation if you want to use the air conditioning. Throughout our stay they promised to fix the broken air conditioning and nothing happened, we called support every day and no one helped us fix the problem the whole time. In addition, in the ground floor apartments you can't open the windows because they are very low and someone could climb in. In addition, there is a road and seating for all guests right outside the windows. So, in the morning, all the people who are leaving early will wake you up. On the other floors everything will probably be ok, I am describing an experience from the ground floor, beware. Otherwise, the property is nice, renovated, but our experience is really bad, because in 5 days no one could solve our problem. They offered us a compensation which nobody specified, really bad service.

Clean apartments, great breakfast! We had a great time at our apartment, it was clean and modern The breakfast basket was a great surprise! Very generous! We had some communication problems about check-in and the breakfast, but it worked out well. Internet did not work in our apartment, which was disappointing.

As mentioned in other review I wrote here, the rooms are not as they seem from the photos. Ours bedroom was having mold on the ceiling and the bed sheets didn’t seem clean to me at all. Despite being a family of four the lady gave us only 3 towels that were anything but white and seemed overused and yellow-ish. When we have asked for new ones (after 2 days) she said she can’t provide others as she has a limited number… with all do respect, how is this possible?! No wonder the towels seemed overused. What struck me the most was that the apartment had a sauna, but there was no coffee available in the morning but 3in1 instant coffee bags… As a family with kids we eat quite healthy and there wasn’t much to select from that breakfast basket. Can’t feed kids salami and bread everyday day. I don’t recommend the property.

The rooms are small, untidy and not at all as described. It started with the key not even being there as agreed. She received us very unfriendly at the reception. We paid before even seeing the room and they charged more than what was agreed. when we got to the room it was much smaller than the description in the reservation. there was no balcony, only the exit to the main entrance. no privacy, no comfort. Ugly and uncomfortable. When I asked for a replacement, they said that they had nothing more free. we wanted the money back so we could go somewhere else. I asked them in person and over the phone. I should mention that the lady I barely caught at the reception literally turned her back on me over the phone and they threw the receiver down. they left us in the middle of Hungary without everything. we had to go back home and thus spent almost 10 hours at a time in the car. they still don't answer the phone and haven't returned the money. I do not recommend it to anyone.
