Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel

Would highly recommend Albatross Spa, the food was awesome the staff helpful and attentive. Our room was small but clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. Location was great for buses and for the beach. Would highly recommend and we will return thank you Albatross Spa

Evrething was excelent in this hotel: the room was large , very clean, the view was fantastic, and the balcony was also large, and we watch from our balcony the show , because it was at 1 floor.We vere at Hotel Albatros for the fourth time, the personal is very polite and we have a very good time here .

Travelling as a family of 13. Upon arrival you have to check in on your phone which is not a problem but can take a while. We booked a standard double room…. No way was it a 5 star room, it was seriously outdated, the room was very small, the balcony couldn’t fit 2 people at the same time and there was no full length mirror. The shower/bath was so tiny that whilst washing my hair I was hitting the wall/taps. And to top it off on the first night, our ‘curtain’ would not fully cover the door as you can see on the attached pictures, so we were woken up very very early due to the sun coming through. The next morning we got told about the shutter on the balcony in order to make the room black out, would’ve been nice to let us know when we checked in. After this we asked to swap rooms which we got told would not be possible as they are completely fully booked and reception staff were quite rude about this. We then got offered another standard double room which we were not happy with as once again… definitely not a ‘5 star’ room. After a couple of days we then got offered a ‘cosy double/twin’ which has clearly been refurbed as it is a beautiful modern room with a walk in shower, air con above the bed and a much bigger balcony. After moving rooms our stay felt much better. The beds are very comfy however definitely ask for flatter pillows. The cleaners are fab and always had fresh towels everyday. We opted for breakfast and lunch, which are both average and the same everyday. Not many options for children. Bar staff are very friendly in the restaurant by the pool and the food is gorgeous if you don’t mind paying. There are also always sun beds throughout the day so no need to reserve early in the morning. Pool is very clean with music playing, it has a lovely atmosphere.

We were in this hotel with my family for the second time. At first I wanted to recommend this hotel for quiet people. Very good food. Reasonable prices in the bar. As for the minuses, in the superior room the air conditioning works poorly. If you want to be cold at night, it is very bad, cold air blows, every morning a runny nose and back pain. Room no. 251. As for the service, two Polish waitresses were not suitable for customer service! It is sad because I am Polish myself. Apart from that, everything was at a high level.

We had a really good time, loads of things to do and a lovely hotel. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. The food was lovely, plentiful and varied. There were always free sunbeds and room in the pools and the cocktail bar had a good range of drinks and food (the gyros were excellent!)

I hope this review is useful to everyone. I want to start by RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, which is supposed to be 5 stars but has no more than 3, with indulgence. ATENTION, NOT BABY FRIENDLY!! I will start by saying that once we arrived at the hotel, we had to check in ourselves through applications that we had to download, wasted time, I asked for a room with a sea view, they told me that it was not possible, but they would make one exception, in the room they gave us we already had a cot for the child, as proof they didn't make any exception, and not sea view, 1st floor with half of half dea view! we asked for an extra pillow, blanket and sheet for the child, because we stuck that sofa to the matrimonial bed, they said to wait in the room for them to come, I waited an hour and a half after which I went again at 11:30 at night, they gave me a pillow and 3 sheets for the pillow, a blanket or some torn table linen! the next morning the awakening was at 7 o'clock with loud noises of drills and hammers, we went to the reception at lunch when the child was going to sleep and asked for an explanation, they told us that repairs are being made to the neighbors (in the middle of the season) and that he will talk to them, nothing has been resolved, I am writing this on the 6th day of vacation! I received a sheet on the fourth day! the fourth day! I had to wash the glasses I found in the room! I had to wash the glasses I borrowed from the bar, in the restaurant the glasses were also dirty, the chairs extremely dirty (see the picture), the worst experience of my life for a lot of money!!!
