Hotel Wellness Spa Services at the Venus. A very friendly and well organised hotel. We met Ivana on our first day at breakfast . It is well worth booking a couple of treatments here at the Venus. Ivana was my spa therapist . Today I had an incredible facial , gentle but firm , l could have drifted off into a deep sleep . Ivana added in a wonderful arm hands and décolleté massage, finishing with a deep head massage . My daughter and l booked a couple of treatments over our holiday the last one was today . We first had a deep tissue massage , again with Ivana . It is a holiday treat but so worth it and l think we are :) A big thank you Ivana

I arrived late on the 31st of August after delays at Stansted for a 10 night stay. Check-in was quick and simple in my room (rm 308) within 10 minutes. I had a platter of cold meats, fruit, water, and a bottle of Red Wine. The room and entire complex were spotless, and I mean spotless. Breakfast and evening meals were within my package. The entire staff are a credit to this hotel. From the ladies on reception, the staff at breakfast and dinner in every area to the cleaning staff. Nothing for anyone was too much trouble. It is hard to express in words how amazing all the staff working here are. I will 100% return. If I had all the staff members' names, each one should be commended in how friendly and professional they are. They deserve all the recognition for making this hotel an amazing place to stay. The chef also deserves a mention because the food was made and delivered with care and obvious expertise. The facilities are 1st class and took up the offer to have a back and shoulder massage at very reasonable prices. Thank you to everyone in the whole team. You made my stay fantastic, which I truly appreciate.

Excellent hotel! A quiet location close to the sea, in this location it is better to rent a car to get around comfortably. Spacious rooms and nice staff. There are several pools, including a quiet pool. We arrived for 4 nights and in the last two days we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. We had a great time.

Paralos Venus Suites is a hotel in a very tranquil spot. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and it’s a very calm place to spend time recharging. The rooms are lovely, the staff are warm and attentive. Ivana at the spa is great - I had a massage and facial and it was very relaxing.

My husband and I spent 9 nights here at the end of May and would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed in a corner junior suite overlooking two of the three pools and the main bar, our balcony was great as we got the evening sun right the way through until sunset. The room was spacious and with the choice of either Air Conditioning or the ceiling fan above the bed (which we used more than the AC) our room was always perfect. The housekeeping staff and the turndown every night were really friendly and helpful, giving us 4 normal coffee capsules instead of 2 normal and 2 decaf upon request, as well as a different selection of tea-bags as well as extra bathroom products and towels. The Greek bathroom products that the hotel use are also amazing!! The hotel breakfast is great, with a small breakfast buffet with the usual bread, fruit, cereals as well as Greek pastries sweet and savoury every morning, you can also order from the a la carte menu (which is included in the breakfast price) for a mixture of hot and cold food. The breakfast staff were always really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We used each of the three pools whilst we were there, if you’re looking for a little shade from the sun the smaller pool on its own behind the restaurant is perfect with parasols at every sun-bed. There aren’t as many parasols around the main pool or the pool at the infinity pool, but the sun-beds are really comfortable and perfect for a day relaxing in the sun. We would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing adults only hotel.

Amazing place, the staff is really great, the hotel looks amazing (especially the pool at night) and the ambience is just perfect. The location is just 5 minutes from the beach. Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, house keeping and the bar is doing their very best to make your stay great and feel welcome. Special thanks to Vasilis who was working at the bar every night.

We had the most incredible stay at Paralos Venus Suites in Crete! From the moment we arrived, the staff were simply brilliant—always welcoming, attentive, and eager to make sure we had the best experience. They truly went above and beyond to cater to every need, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay, though, was the food. Every meal was a delight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were spoiled with an exceptional variety of dishes that showcased the best of Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine. The suites themselves were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The pool area was equally stunning, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the beautiful surroundings. Overall, Paralos Venus Suites exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service and unforgettable dining, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Had the most amazing time. The location is perfect, close to the beach, a mini market and cafe around the corner, the village itself is very peaceful. I also want to say many thanks to Lara from the reception, she checked us in and made is feel welcome right away, she was lovely and very helpful, gave us a lot of information about the island and the must see places!
