Sunshine Village

Nice hotel with excellent location and staff! The food was great and varied. Every night different Themed night on the buffet and dinning at the Panorama a la carte restaurant was excellent!

We loved spending time by the pool – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. It was reassuring to see a professional lifeguard on duty every day, especially since we were traveling with children. Safety and comfort combined!

I am currently staying at Sunshine with my two teenage daughters aged 18 and 17 and webe had a wonderful holiday. Im not usually one for reviews but I feel that one is earnt here as we really have had a lovely time. When I booked I booked their sister hotel just down the hill and was given the option to stay where we were or move to Sunshine. We were brought up to look at the bedroom and decided to move as we would need to come up for our all inclusive meals anyway and the room was huge giving us more space. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and really can not do enough for you to ensure you have a good stay. The room was very clean, nice decor kind of bohemian style which was nice. The grounds are all very well cared for with lots of fruit trees, plants and flowers all over. The food is good and my daughters who are quite fussy ate very well every meal time with something for everyone. Between meals the staff place out cakes and salads. The cocktails were not really for me as they were more like fruit juice which was very sweet and could drink quickly with little or no alcohol you could drink a lot of them to make you feel tipsey! Location wise the hotel is on a steep hill with a friendly buggy driver who will take you down to the main road several times throughout the day. Times in the reception. We didn't really use this though and walked but if you have mobility issues you may find differcult therefore would find the buggy of use. The hotel is very geared up for French people really - all staff very fluent but as we do not speak French we couldn't join in with the entertainment unfortunately but the French seemed to be having a great time so if you do speak French I am sure you will enjoy the entertainment. There was no entertainment for English guests except for a greek lesson on our first day which we did learn some greek words. For us unfortunately the entertainment wasn't to be so for this reason so we opted to walk into town a few nights which is about a 20 minute walk with lots of lovely restaurants and cocktail bars. The beach is also 20 minutes walk and is stunning! Very calm waves and the clearest water ( we live in cornwall UK and are blessed with beautiful beaches but the beach here was breathtaking!) We also did a few trips and can not reccomend cretan life on a jeep safari more! It was such a wonderful day and if you are interested in how traditional Greek live you will enjoy this trip which included visiting a farm, pottery making, traditional cooking lesson, the beautiful lunch with lots of stops on the way, opportunities for photos places otherwise you may not know exsited - we had the best guide who made it a memorable day. I see a few negative reviews about this hotel but honestly, as I say I dont usually write reviews therefore, if you are scrolling and feeling on the fence wether to book or not, do it - everyone has different opinions therefore wherever you book someone will think its awful and another wonder

Yuliia, did me a body experience, a scrub,wrap and massage and it was amazing, very relaxing. She was lovely and friendly and very good at what she does! I had backache for the first few days of my holiday but after my massage it cleared up! The room was lovely clean cosy and relaxing! Highly recommended!!

The atmosphere was amazing and the staff extremely kind and friendly. I went either my friend and we really enjoyed it, I think it would also be really nice to go with your significant other. Andrii was my masseuse and was perfectly professional and made sure you felt good. Overall I really recommend this spa:))

Excellent services provided by Zarina at the Spa here at Royal & Imperial Belvedere. Paulina was also excellent as the sales consultant. Two treatments on our holiday both professionally completed, and aloe wrap cured my sunburn. Thank you team!
