All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation.

The crown jewel in our visit here has got to have been our room; we had a family bungalow with shared pool access via our terrace which was a game changer. We could still enjoy the pool, and the drinks service to our terrace, while the boys safely napped inside. We also had two bedroom areas which was a must for us when booking as we didn’t want our newborn baby waking us toddler. The room was made up daily and was very comfortable. It was also incredibly spacious (essential when travelling with a family) as well as grand and our fridge was stocked with soft drinks, beer, wine and Prosecco daily. Our toddler was made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived as he received a gift from the staff at reception. The staff here really go out of their way to make children feel like they’re at home, they take time to talk to them and are so friendly. We made use of the shallow kids’ pool (I really liked that this was sheltered from the sun) and the huge water slide! Next door was the kids’ play park and this is where the kids’ club is also located. This was a two minute walk away from our room. Entertainment was fantastic and catered to all ages. Each night, there is a mini disco for young children followed by entertainment which would appeal to all of the family. We watched a bubble show, circus and acrobats and Disney shows were also held at the theatre. There is also an entertainment programme for teenagers and the musical performances held at the ‘all day bar’ area were amazing. Our toddler also loved it here! You have several dining options here and our favourites were the Asian, Cretan and Italian. Kids’ menus were offered across these restaurants with all of the traditional favourites on offer. Make sure you visit the Creperie and pick up and ice cream here too! The staff at the restaurants, particularly the Italian and Asian are the most friendly I’ve ever encountered and make a huge effort with children. I recommend booking restaurants before your arrival but we wee able to also get last minute reservations too and didn’t wait long to be seated. The food here is honestly some of the best we’ve had. The wine lists are extensive too. We spent our days mostly on the beach and enjoyed drinks and snacks (gyros were unbelievable) from our loungers. The sand is quite stony (gravel type sand) and there are rocks in the sea so take appropriate footwear and bring your snorkel bits too. The little Bay Area of sand, opposite the kids’ pool area, was perhaps the best for little children as they could enter the sea the furthest here without the rocks. The beach was really lovely and we enjoyed spending time here. We brought our own beach toys here but the shop here has plenty of toys you can buy. The setting of the hotel is overall very grand and clean. The grounds are impressive yet also create an impression of being in a little Greek town. I love the open water. Great stay. A big thank you goes to all the team for their kindness and hard work to make our holiday the best. We spent most of the time on the beach with the amazing duo, Iordanis and Lefteris, top guys working so hard in the heat (apols, forgot the chefs name). The Al a carte restaurants were all good and Grigoris, Dimitris and all the team are super at looking after you. Thank you also to the Executive chef and sous for the special delivery in the Asian restaurant . Delicious! We preferred the quiet pools and were very lucky to have a terrace leading straight out to the pool. Bar staff (including Achilles, Iliana, Penelope in the Night and Champagne bars) all lovely and in fairness we made a dent in the cocktail menu. Finally, reception, guest relations and concierge, nothing is too much for them so please, if you do find you need anything just speak to Joanna, Chrissy, Yullia or Olga, they will do their best for you. As you can tell, we are fans of the hotel. Nothing is ever perfect but this is a happy place for us with an amazing team. Thank you and see you next year

Amazing family holiday. This was an amazing experience and the staff went above and beyond. Especially the catering team who catered for my son’s allergies. They made fresh food for him every time we sat down for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have booked to go back next year and cannot wait.

What can I say, the best holiday ever. From start to finish, what a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I stayed there for our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff were 1st class, nothing was too much trouble! The food was amazing. The whole place was fantastic. Relaxing and good fun also. Couldn’t fault it in anyway. Will be going back next year for sure! Simply wonderful!!
