A lovely place to stay in the city centre, within walking distance of the centre and well-served with public transport to airport etc. The breakfast was quite minimalist, but delicious & everything topped up as & when needed. My room was AMAZING - have never had my own jacuzzi before & spent many happy hours emulating Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman” (kiss kiss). Lots of holiday cats available to play with too. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at Artion for a city break during the weekend and i'm very happy with the choice. Convenient location, very clean and cozy room, super nice inner court, friendly and helpful staff - all this made our short stay in Heraklion a memorable one.

The outside of the building is lovely, and the location very good-5/10 minutes walk into the centre of things. The room is as shown on the photographs, although the shower is on one side of the room and the toilet on the other-not exactly ensuite, more within the room, although still 'separate' from the sleeping space. The lighting is a bit modern, colourful LEDs which aren't to my taste, however, they can be switched of, which we did. From what I could tell the only difference between the standard double and the suite (which we booked) is that we had a balcony. As the only view is of the opposite side of the street (in our case a house being renovated) I wouldn't bother paying the extra. The breakfast we found disappointing, considering the price of the hotel. Hot drinks from a machine and reconstituted orange juice are not what I expected in a boutique hotel.

Very stylish and cozy Place to Stay in Heraklion. The Interior and room is phenomical and very modern. Great and nicely Lady at the reception! She is so Kind and it was too short too Tell her how nice she is. Breakfast hast everything you need and Even more after request. Great located and city centre only 5 minutes by Walk. A minimarket is next to the Hotel, also a Bus Station ( Airport / Beach) highly recommend the place, if you want to visit / have to stay und Heraklion.

Extremely clean nice decoration excellent service very spacious and cozy room the breakfast was very rich and tasty if there was a better view it could be easily the best boutique hotel I ever visited. I fully recommend it...

Bellissimo boutique hotel in centro a Heraklion. Comodo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro. Non si può parcheggiare nei pressi ma poco lontano c’è un parcheggio 24 ore dove si può lasciare l’auto. Buona la colazione e cortese il personale.

Hôtel moderne, propre et bien situé dans Héraklion (à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre historique). Nous avons trouvé le "self check-in" à l'arrivée un peu impersonnel bien que la réceptionniste soit présente et très agréable. La chambre est vaste et confortable. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie (matelas et oreiller) et les équipements (machine à café, bouteilles d'eau,...). La salle de douche est petite et étrangement agencée par rapport à la chambre. Le balcon était bien appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et avait des options sucrées et salées.

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins pour que nous nous sentions bien. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Héraklion, il est propre et mes chambres sont ravissantes. Le petite déjeuner est correct. La décoration est très jolie.

Hôtel parfait pour une première nuit en Crête. La déco est superbe, l’emplacement est idéale pour découvrir à pied le centre historique et le petit déjeuner était parfait. La propreté, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel nous ont fait passé une très bonne nuit. Une bonne adresse à garder pour un séjour plus long à Heraklion.
