Poor hotel management. Great location and food near. Close to natural attractions

Great service and location

The website pictures are misleading. The "lobby" was non existent. Check-in and check-out was done through a plexiglass window. The room was dirty (dusty) and there were patched up holes on the walls that were not painted over. Things were rusty. When stepping into the bathtub, it felt like there was no ground supporting it underneath. The towels were dingy and one of them was soiled. The bed linen was dirty. During the evening, the manager came to our rooms with breakfast bags (a granola bar for each person, a muffing and a banana) because they are still waiting for the "equipment" for the breakfast bar to arrive. This should have been brought to our attention upon checking in.

The property is being updated. Our room was adequate at best, probably below what I expect from a Days Inn..

Trust me, There are no words! Absolutely so disgusting! You could not pay me to stay here! Do not attempt a stay, you will be disappointed!

The Cleaning Staff are Great!! The Manager and General Manager however are extremely rude. I would not recommend this motel with a ten inch pole. I was harassed for my children playing outside. Apparently on Ass. general Manager attempted to approach my children saying she warned them about riding their scooters in the parking lot. They are on the autism spectrum… -.- then I was told that I needed to walk to a completely different trash can to throw away trash since the bin was full, um that’s not my job; it’s the hotels to keep their property clean. Then the manager called my room then attempted to barge into my room for no pretense other than feeling some type of way. Then she demanded I bring all the dirty towels out; when I just got fresh towels the other day. Then she said she needed to come in the room with no pretense, because I didn’t want room service. I have the right to decline room service if I don’t need it. Then they threatened to try and press charges for any property damage, lmfao, these rooms are already trash. There are patches all over the walls and the baseboards are broken and dirty. You won’t swindle me for funds. Then they proceeded to say I need to check out by 11a tomorrow after my checkout date is already for tomorrow -.- DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!!

The lobby was closed for renovation so no breakfast was available. Not really a problem as i had planned on a breakfast elsewhere anyway.

Rooms dirty and smelly, the side of the commode had crap in it. Refrigerator not working and the shower tent had Mold in it. Please, take care of yourself and choose a better place. Where is the health department that is so picky with restaurants “ they don’t have a 10 no matter what”

Filthy rooms! Smelly, uncleaned, AC not working properly. Paint peeling off walls. Mold in the bathrooms. No breakfast as advertised. Read the reviews after. These issues have been going on for years! Booked because of the Wyndham reputation. Shame on Wyndham for letting this go on under their brand!!
