Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central anmeldelser

I use this hotel on a regular basis for many many years. I have never once had any issues, until this trip. My wife and I thought we would try the Premier Plus rooms and see what this new concept was about. We arrived at the check-in time agreed and that was a simple process. Unfortunately when we got to our Premier Plus room, with a booked view the only thing that was pre booked was that we had a view. The room, while very smart was not the Premier Plus we had booked. No fridge, coffee machine or the added extras advertised. I went back to reception and honestly they apologised and sorted out this promptly. I can not fault them for the speed and helpfulness. So for the Plus room, no bath... but a lovely shower. But I would expect both or the combination of both. The coffee for the machine I would suggest I s an acquired taste. No real storage for clothes, apart from 6 hangers. Not all bad tho. The Bayliss & Harding bathroom products were great. All in all, the next visit I will not book the Plus option, but will always use the hotel for my stays as the convenience and setting, staff and parking is great. Not complaining about the hotel, just the miss selling on my opinion of Premier Plus
