Rastila Camping Helsinki

Well, the place is kept spotlessly clean and the grounds are pretty, but I have reservations about recommending anyone choose this campground. First, the other campers were cliquish. Very few people said 'hi' to me or made eye contact and I got the feeling that they were only interested in being with members of their own party. There is a feedback link on the website. I assumed it was for the website, not the campground experience. I got a page does not exist error message, when I clicked on it. I wondered if I would get some city dept. who didn't care what we thought, anyway. Having an option to share feedback doesn't mean they will listen to us or care, but shutting off a source of feedback to me is a red flag. The front desk clerks were polite, but I didn't get the feeling they were sincere. I actually felt that they were class conscious and viewed the quality of someone's motorhome as a sign of their value as a person. I don't present much of an image. I think they want to just take our money and any questions about the country, amenities, rules or local attractions are an irritant to them. I actually booked a night in their tent field. I was the only one there. They encouraged me to make a reservation, which I think was a waste of my time. I think it is hard for their customer service to compete with a quality hotel or motel. There is a lot of competition in hotels and you are not starved for choice. If you can afford it, I would recommend the hotel.

It's all about the location. We stayed with the camper for two nights only to visit the Linnanmäki. Metrostation is just around the corner so it was smooth to travel to the city. Toilets were continually out of toiletpaper and showers were trashy. I wouldn't stay here only for vacation.

È inammissibile che in un campeggio che vanta in diversi punti queste benamate CINQUE STELLE ci sia una sporcizia dei servizi cosi indecente. NON SI PUÒ DELEGARE ESCLUSIVAMENTE AL CLIENTE LA PULIZIA DEGLI SPAZI COMUNI, forse in un mondo di unicorni! Il campeggio era parecchio affollato, non ti puoi permettere di pulire i bagni esclusivamente una volta al giorno dalle 9 alle 9.30 (inservienti che venivano sicuramente da fuori con le macchine in folle ferme davanti ai servizi e che per giunta lasciavano il motore acceso mentre pulivano.) Sistematicamente nei bagni potevi trovare: - Rotoli della carta igienica esauriti - Dispenser sapone esauriti per più di 20 ore - Gocce di mestruo in terra per più di 15 ore - MAZZI DI CAPELLI in 4 docce su 5 già dopo un’ora dalla pulizia che rimanevano per altre 23 ore li, senza ritegno. - Insetti di vario genere morti e vivi dentro le docce. Ogni ambiente comune risultava molto diroccato e fatiscente, non da 5 stelle! La spiaggia che vantano lo stesso è decadente, al di la dell’acqua del baltico che è quella che è, diversi rifiuti in riva e feci di cane, non conto le migliaia di cacche di oca facciabianca perché anche di quelle, poco si può fare. Senza animazione, senza piscina, senza market ne bar. Questi ultimi si possono trovare a 200 mt dal camping ma non mi spiego ancora come possa essere da 5 stelle. L’unica cosa che può vantare è la vicinanza alla metro. Il resto è tutto da rivedere e ridimensionare. Il campeggio stesso si deve ridimensionare. Fosse stato un campeggio a 2/3 stelle, non avrei nemmeno speso tempo in questa triste recensione.
