SureStay Hotel by Best Western Helen Downtown

If I could give 0 stars I would, as soon as we pulled up I had a bad feeling about this place… no carts available for one to start out! We went up the elevator and as soon as we walked in the building it didn’t smell clean, the entry carpet was disgusting!! We went back and got our luggage, we went into our room and walked into the bathroom and there was a dirty rag left of the floor, the back of the toilet was off and the water was running another words our toilet handle was broke (rusted out) so we had to manually flush it every time ourselves!! The room didn’t even smell clean for $300-$400 a night!! This place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Don’t stay here!!

This is a great hotel, newly remodeled, clean and in a great location for Helen. Every thing was within walking distance. The staff are helpful and friendly. I almost don't want to do this review. I want to keep this gem of a hotel to myself, it does not disappoint.

Very clean ́nice beds. Would recommend highly.Very ́good staff so friendly. Close to everything My grànddaughter énjoyed the pool with her mom Hope to visit again Pauls restaurant was phénoménal the best seafood ive ever had Loved the glass blowing shop àd it being October fest was a plus

The staff was great. There was an incident with a screaming guest at 3 in the morning. The staff handled it professionally. The same guest caused a commotion in the parking lot the next day had 8 people in their room and lied to the hotel.about it. The hotel is very clean. All staff is professional and very helpful and caring.

Excellent location! Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend. Mary at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Everything worked properly. No concerns or complaints.

We read the reviews when choosing somewhere to stay for one night- basically to sleep and shower. What I got from the reviews vs our experience: you can't please everyone. Some people just want to find fault in hopes of getting something for nothing. The room was clean, very clean. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. Casey in housekeeping, enjoys her job.... I asked her, when I saw her outside next to our room, how they get the floors so clean and with no residue left behind. She gladly told me and gave me some pointers.... from the moment we checked in, made it to the room (got a call from the front desk making sure we didn't need anything) to the moment we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised. Even the free breakfast was good. Several healthy choices. A couple of prepackaged, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt.... give them a try... very clean, very nice people.... we will choose them again.

First, this motel is in a great location for Helen. The whole town is easily walkable from here and it's a cute little town to walk through and see the shops and eateries. My only complaint is that we were not able to connect to the wifi during our stay, but overall not a huge deal. The breakfast is simple (cereal, prepackaged muffins, toast, bagels, oatmeal packets etc.), no hot food. Not a big deal for us but if you're wanting a bigger meal you won't find it here. We would stay here again because it is really convenient to everything in town and it was a decent price for being close to everything. The staff is also very friendly.

The pillows are the fluffiest I have had in awhile. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. This location is easy to walk to anywhere in town. Even though we originally made an error in our room choice, we were accommodated with no issue.

The room was very clean, reasonably priced, and within walking distance of downtown but far enough away not to hear all the noise. I would stay here again if i happen to visit again. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Enjoyed my stay.
