I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire team, for making this occasion unforgettable!

I can't describe my feelings when I'm there everything is perfectly clean. The service attitude is also good even though it is 12 at the midnight they still help to answer your questions since I'm a foreigner it makes me hard to talk with the local language but they communicate to me in a way to make me understand. 💕✨

Beautiful scenery but location is a bit outskirts, need to commute to nearby shopping.

awesome place for a staycation in Hefei! It’s clean, has a nice view, and is a perfect place for relaxation and to enjoy the beauty of Emerald Lake! Friendly staffs, they’ve given me a surprise cake for my birthday, superb! And they have a robot that is super cute. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner because it’s full and we need to book in advance. Anyway, we will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends.

in fact the location is pretty good，and staff were friendly，I check in late and asked them for late check out that they naturally accept。about the food I did not tried it because am muslim and they said that the food they provide is not “halal food ”。I think its also good to hear from customers those can eat muslims food。

Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

服務還是在線的，房型主動升級了套房，房間不滿意很快給換了，東西丟了，也能儘快找到並送回。有些設施略顯舊了一些，不過不影響體驗。晚上會準備晚間房間服務，這一點還比較細緻，做的不錯。早餐無功無過，如果菜品再精緻些會更好。環境很好，面朝著翡翠湖，緊挨着大學城。游泳池是標準的25米泳道，很寬敞，不過有的時候人也會不少，可能是因為對外開放的原因，但總體還不錯。沒來得及在翡翠湖走走是個遺憾，十幾年前來大學城玩就説哪天來這裏體驗體驗，今天來看也是個不錯的選擇

第一次來合肥，這家酒店給我留下最深刻印象。服務很到位，酒店風格沉穩大氣，房間寬敞明亮，潔具乾淨衞生，外賣有機器人送到房間。早餐豐富。大堂經理秦滿，主動詢問需求，有賓至如歸的感覺。下次到合肥還會住這裏。

隔兩年來合肥一次，每次來都能感受到合肥的變化，無論是城市建設，還是服務行業，都是日新月異的變化。這次入住翡翠湖迎賓館，如沐春風，心裏暖暖的。環境俱佳，位置俱佳，服務俱佳。也許房間硬件不很奢華，但住的樸實而舒適，整潔乾淨明亮。特別是賓館的服務，能讓我感受到家的温暖。因為帶兩位八十歲長者出行，從送外賣到出行，得到了賓館經理黃棚新無微不至的關懷，真的感動，讓我很省心省力，在此深深感謝🙏🏻。 翡翠湖迎賓館，比鄰美麗的翡翠湖，周圍有合工大和安徽大學環繞，距離軌道交通也很近，去往老城區的淮海路步行街，肥西的三河古鎮，新晉網紅景點駱崗公園均十分方便。酒店內出行有隨叫隨到的電瓶車，有24小時管家服務，免費停車，酒店還很接地氣，是當地百姓聚餐旅遊的好地方，實在太喜歡這裏了😄

不愧是大大曾經下榻的賓館。景色，位置，開闊度，都很不錯。設計比較老舊，有種80年代的豪華賓館感覺。衞生乾淨，床品布草對得起價格，枕頭稍遜，服務細節還是很好的，尤其點贊前台準備的蜂蜜包，喝酒回來棒棒噠！

走進翡翠湖迎賓館就給人賓至如歸的感覺，賓館周圍環境優美。服務細心周到，特別是大堂的孫學菲經理。房間內設施齊全，乾淨衞生，訂製的飯菜美味可口，是出差旅遊的首選呦！！！
