Heacham Manor Hotel

Great location for a golf trip, excellent food and very helpful staff. The golf course has also improved year on year (this was our seventh year) and if you are into astronomy/astrophotography, book when there is a new moon in Milky Way season.

The hotel was very friendly clean and welcoming. Set in lovely surroundings well manicure golf course and very very nice restaurant. The staff are very welcoming helped me especially with a local destination where I was meeting a friend with directions and went out of the way to sort things out and make my stay as happy and comfortable as possible.

Wound not recommended this place to stay .is over priced and in need of a good renovation.better off spending your money somewhere .that only my opinion.stay in a double room small was a understatement random furniture of which wardrobe was damaged due to being behind bedroom door bath need sealing and painting .only a two food door leading into bathroom .shower head is the size of a table spoon and if you are bigger then 6 foot.will have to bend to shower. They leave you a fan to cool your room down as heating is on full blast.and can't turn radiator valves off as they have been taken off .stairs if you are on second floor very steep.plus a big step up to get into bath.if you want a plug socket on other side of room even with 5 MTR cable still could not reach .went to main bar food was good .but in desperate need of decorating as paper on wall have rips In them and tablets and chairs in need of refurbishment.good point if you love golf looks a nice course most of the staff can't do enough for you .

Lovely looking manor in beautiful surroundings - probably paying for location. Sadly though our room did not meet expectations- we stayed for 2 nights after getting married and the room was just a bit shabby. Water stains on the wallpaper and green limescale on the bath tap. The breakfast was a self serve including drinks - similar to what you would get in a well known hotel chain or an all inclusive in Spain. The cooked breakfast was table service with no opportunity to swap items, husbands sandwich was dripping with grease. Waitress stood so far back she could not hear us and then did the same to the next table where the customer could not hear her. We wanted a nice 2 nights in luxury after our wedding and feel quite let down, we will not return.

A lovely hotel in wonderful setting. You can walk to Hunstanton on a footpath (which goes across the golf course) from the garden of the hotel. Comfortable beds and great shower.Choice of places to eat at the hotel. The Mulberry Restaurant serves delicious food and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed here before and intend to return again soon.

We've just got back home from a wonderful 1 night stay in The Heacham Manor Hotel, & we weren't disappointed. We stayed in the Samphire cottage double room with z bed for our 12 year old son. We visit this area twice a year, & have stayed in different hotels/B&B along the coast, but it's the 1st time we've stayed here. Friendly & helpful staff, especially the lady/maid who put up our sons z bed for us...Can't remember her name, but please do say thank you to her. Comfy cosy room, could do with a new shower door as didn't fully shut...but that's just a little thing to mention. Beds were comfy, & we managed to dry all our damp coats in the room & it had been raining all day! as it's lovely & warm in there. Bar in the evening was great, we went out for dinner, & had a drink back at hotel before bed...Again great friendly staff with a warm cosy feel! Breakfast was delicious, we decided on the full English & weren't disappointed, fruit salad was lovely too, along with the other great choices....best breakfast choice we've known in all the time we've been coming to Norfolk.....& for the price we paid, it's definitely been worth the visit..... Definitely see you next year!

Excellent hotel set in lovely grounds, which included a golf course We were visiting friends over the weekend and then moving on to Great Yarmouth. So this was an ideal location for an overnight stay. Lovely breakfast with a nice choice of cereals, fruit or cooked Pleasant and helpful staff Free Ev charging Will return in the future

Wè were made to feel very welcome and in my case the accommodation was more comfortable in the Samphire block than last year in the main house with a larger room. Breakfast was excellent with broad choice of cereals and hot foods. Evening meals were ample with a full a la caŕte choice. Reception was very courteous and lent me a usb charger for the duration to charge my phone. The restaurant staff were similarly helpful during our stay. The hotel golf course was in good condition and suitable for our wide range of standards.

Nice location. Room was clean. Hotel is in need of a refurb/refresh, the carpet is dreadful. Definitely geared around golfers. The restaurant was noisy and food was to be delayed due to a large golf party and a waitress was in tears. I had reason to deal with management regarding a serious issue but was given lip service. Customer service was dreadful. I would caution against leaving valuables in your room when you go out. Take them with you! Definitely fur coat no knickers.
