Drury Inn & Suites Hayti Caruthersville

We came in town forna funeral. The Exceptional customer service! I loved the option for theevening dinner and drinks but wish they'd had a few more options. The beds were comfy, pillows were comfy, and staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Wow! We stayed here last year and it is even better this year. After an exhausting drive why not stay at a place you can relax and not get in the car and drive more looking for dinner. A complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet, a nicely appointed room, super comfortable bed...check in and stay and relax. We will stay here again. This would be a five if our room smelled of cigarettes. We are ex smokers so it was not bothersome to us but I know some people are sensitive to the smell. Ask when you book.

The employees here are nice and helpful and provide excellent service. The food is good, everything is clean, and I feel very safe here. This place is pet friendly. The only downside is that I can hear the highway from my room, but it's not disruptive.

Just needed to stay one night on our trip back home from St. Louis and having stayed in a Drury before, chose this one. It was very nice, the front desk folks were very friendly and helpful, felt like we were visiting their home. Very small town, but for a good nights rest it was great. We enjoyed the breakfast as we had at other locations, they kept it well stocked and everything was fresh. The pool and hot tub were nice, with plenty of towels. There is a mexican restaurant in the parking lot, but if you like country cooking, go a mile or so to Home Plate restaurant, it will be some of the best food you have ever eat. we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great place. Clean room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed the hot tub.Really enjoyed the evening meet and greet. We got free drinks. Great selection of food. Did not have to go get dinner. Breakfast was delicious. Had eggs, sausage , potatoes,, biscuits, gravy and waffles. Great selection. Very nice staff.

Very clean. The manager helped out with a few issues, but all worked out. Stayed two days and like I said no real issue that wasn't solved quickly.

Last minute booking. Excellent customer service booking reservation. Veteran discount!! Great big room, king size bed, large bathroom, and AWESOME shower!! Like the evening drinks and dinner. Breakfast was also VERY good and plenty to eat!! This is a real plus when booking and not having to find a place for dinner and breakfast! Located right off the highway, easy on and off location!

Quiet Hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Fair prices per night. Good selection on the breakfast items in the mornings. Friendly employees at the front desk the kitchen area and the laundry service. Pool and jacuzzi tub very well maintained. Finally

We do our best to use Drury Hotels exclusively when possible and, even though we have stayed here before, this visit did not meet our usual expectation of Drury Hotels. Since our first visit a few years ago we found the furniture in our room to be worn and dirty, the room had a musty smell, and ALL of the public hallways we saw looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week with bits of grass and paper scattered about. There were lots of cigarette butts strewn around the edges of the sidewalk and there was just a general feeling that hotel management does not have a clue of what it takes to ensure a clean and attractive facility. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the room that can be controlled by the room cleaning staff was excellent. It was the outdated and dirty furniture that we didn't like. Additionally, the food in the kickback was excellent as well as the staff there. We have concluded that in the future we will just pass this one by.
