Premier Inn London Hayes North

No plug sockets near beds, very hot in rooms. Put me up bed is rubbish on a family room. Restaurant food really nice and waitress deserves a pay rise. Absolutely amazing customer service, really lovely lady. Wouldn’t stay in a premier inn family room again. No room for 4 people to move around.

Room spotlessly clean All staff friendly and welcoming Had breakfast which was unlimited nice ladies serving Tuesday and Wednesday but went bad on the Thursday Breakfast No Bread for toast and generally slip shod no cutlery or napkins in the end I had only a short time so grabbed some cereals and coffee so my £10.99 was a waste of money Wednesday evening Something went horribly wrong Had two friends with me one did not get her starters as main courses started to arrive, couple just next to us gave up and went looking for somewhere else to eat Monday ,Tuesday and Wednesday evening was just fine The food was good pub grub no complaints;aunts The Chap doing the service was first class a warm welcome and served all clients with great efficiency and always a smile Shame about Thursday he must have been completely shattered he definitely needed help So to sum up Room just fine so clean and everything you need Food was good just a shame about Thursday Night I Like Premier Inn and would go back again when I’m next in the area ( hope everyone enjoyed the Sweets I left for Morning and evening people

Arrived to car parking, spaces quite tight (don't have a huge car) left outside in the cold for 10 minutes ringing the bell for reception. Staff quite rude as no apology at all for the wait. And pointing to doors quite abruptly. Hotel felt dated, weary and fed up, not very clean and generally needed someone to run it who is actually interested in the hotel business. room was not set up for 2 people, with only 1 towel etc.. so having to struggle down stairs (bad knee) to find more. Not impressed.

I specifically emailed stating I need 2 twin rooms on the ground floor next door to each other for elderly guests. If you could not provide you should have emailed me back, I sent two emails upon booking. Instead one of the rooms smelt of mold as soon as walking in, there was mold and hair within the bathroom. This was changed for a room on 2nd floor which was a massive inconvenience and difficult for the guests to go up and down the stairs, this defeated the point of me asking for room on ground floor. In addition to this room 21 tap not working properly. The stains on the carpet where horrendous and had a smell from them. Why would you put elderly guests on 2nd floor when I specifically stated ground floor? As I complained at reception they were moved to 1st floor but still this is not what I requested. Premier inn failed to meet their usual standard, the rooms were awful. I'd like a refund of at least one room for both nights, it's absolutely disgusting service.

Only one side of the bed had a bedside table and only one side of the bed had a single 13amp socket - this is quite poor. There was no suitcase stand, when you're older, you don't want to bend to the floor. Also no lift. The staff were very good. Parking good, but you pay.

This was our first time in this hotel. The building is quite old, but the room was nice and clean. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bus SL9 takes you to heathrow bus station and then you can take the picadily line to central London. It cost £15.10 for the day. The hotel is in the Ulez zone, so please check if you need to pay. It is £12.50 per day. There is a little restaurant next door. We had a take away the first night. The waiter was friendly and gave us the order on a tray with plates, sauces and cutlery. The following night we had dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Service was very quick too. Big thanks to Jagdeep and Lakhfa.
